Chase Bank Hamilton Ave, Palo Alto

They messed up my International Wire Transfer. The recipient received the money less ~$450. Beware of this branch and of Chase Bank in general. They then terminated the banker who executed the transaction cause of a transaction error from their end. I am fighting with them regarding this issue and escalated the issue to the CFPB and other entities. Please Please Please beware of their scam tactics.

They want to sell you services but provide no customer service. No matter what new manager comes I. It’s the same….sell but provide no service. Go to any other branch or bank

I'm new to having a bank account, when I asked a simple question to the receptionist she gossips rudely to her co-worker and to the bank teller, who set up my account. Which took me a longer time of waiting to be attended to. My bank teller was very sweet in setting up my account and quick.

I came in today and was immediately directed into Renee’s office. She was helpful, informative, and very friendly. Renee helped me set up direct deposit and the whole process was finished in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service! I definitely recommend this branch.

I would not do business at this chase bank. Nahid (the bank teller) was rude and not very helpful. You'll have a better time going to the chase in Town and Country. Worth the walk. Thy have absolutely no idea how to do business here. Very disappointed.

It's a very Nice looking Chase. I've had to get change there for my store more times then I can count. All the staff are great, and I like the fact they stock suckers at the teller counter.

I usually go to this bank weekdays. I'm impressed by their good customer service!
