Manager at this bank is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Everyone here is very pleasant to deal with.

Bad customer service bad management if you want to close your account with chase go to this branch The branch manager is the worst

Chase is the worst way to go if you care about security of your finances. I had $400 disappear out of my checking account & nothing was done. I disputed the fact of the expenses, they removed the $400 to give me my previous balance back... only to take the $400 right back out a couple days ago. If you have any dispute their “back-end team” will investigate for any reason AGAINST you. This is not a bank standing for you, it’s a bank standing against you. #selfish #money #paymemine #worstbankever

I am a member of this bank, they have very convenient 24/7 ATM outside that does everything (deposit, withdraw, etc). Inside it is very nice and clean, each staff member is very polite and nice. They remember you so each time you come in they know who you are and they always ask how life is. Very nice business
