I had to get my monthly money order. As usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. Honest also. I left my money order in the drive-thru container and I got a call shortly after letting me know they had it secured and waiting for my pick up. I always have a good experience at this branch. No complaints!!

This is amazing customer service. I walked in because I was charged 3 times a overdraft fee and a 25 dollar service fee every month and they were able to help with no problem at all. They Waived the fees and moved me into an affordable account that won’t charge me. They try very hard to make it right and make sure I was taken care of for this one time courtesy and went over and beyond expectations.

The worest chase bank I have ever been to. They never have more the one teller the line is always long. Giveing one star only because the staff is nice. If you can avoid this branch do it at all cost. Definitely worth driveing 10 more minutes to another branch. By the way this is my 3rd time here. And each vists been the same.

Best customer service I’ve had for years, consistent employees, you can hear and see the smile through the phone. Should be voted in the top 10 branches in the city!! Whoop whoop!

Went to this location yesterday 11/4/2020 before 4pm and the lobby was closed. Have tried to call today 11/5/2020 because I have to pay my rent and have gotten no answer. Can someone tell me what is going on.
