I have to use this location now that Chase has closed their location at S. High St. and Williams Rd. There are no locations/🏧 close to my home any longer. I am seriously considering changing banks because of this closure. Furthermore, you can't speak to an Account Representative unless you have an appt. Calling to get an appt. is impossible...so how does a person obtain one?

Customer's service is terrible. They all need to go back and be re trained for customer service. It took me 10 mins for the teller to acknowledge me, as I was the only customer there. There was no," Hello, I'll be right with you? Or " Thank you! Have a great day." Next time I'll just use the ATM or go to a different chase bank.

Terrible location. Will not be back unless to use the ATMs which have better customer service. Young female who works the "drive-up" is very rude and inconsiderate. Would not take government issued IDs which is state law regardless of Chase policy. Should not hire unprofessional people who don't know customer service or how to handle issues. Disappointed. After denying me service they didnt even say goodbye or have a good night nothing. This branch is garbage.

Poor experience!!!! Teresa, the branch manager, needs to go back to training and learn customer service and the law about what a public notary can do and what can't.There is no point to have a public notary in the bank if she is incapable to help. Saying "I am sorry...I am sorry...I am sorry.." does not solve any problem. I made two trips to the bank to legalize some papers and I was turned around because I did not have a witness with me to sign the papers. No wonder why the Chase bank does not have loyal customers anymore. Really, your staff needs a lot of training. Smiling is not enough anymore this days. We, your customers, need customer service. No worries, Chase is not the only bank in town,.

Is relatively new location for Chase. I primarily use it for drive-through but it's very convenient if you're in the South end or the edge of German village

I had been eating yesterday [9-4-2019] at The Old Mohawk [819 Mohawk St.] and suddenly realized that I would be spending nearly all of my remaining cash when paying for my meal. So I got out my smartphone, did a Google search for "Chase Bank 43206," and immediately found this Chase Bank branch at 833 S. High St. [a five-block walk from The Old Mohawk]. This branch is fairly ordinary except that the branch itself [with the tellers and all] is in one building and that the outside ATM and the drive-through are in a second building. So it had taken me a moment to figure out where I would need to go (1.) to withdraw money from an ATM and then (2.) to request change from a teller. I now know that there is an ATM inside of this branch which will save me a few steps the next time I visit this branch.

Admitting I was not in the best mood walking in. However, never did I feel like more of an inconvenience at 2pm on a Friday. Wasn't spoken to upon walking in and the tellers proceed to stare until I walked up and stare until I told them why I was there. Not so much as a "hi" . I left the store without moving forward with transaction

Tried to make a credit card payment was denied entry. I guess he was a manager and was incredibly rude. I stated I am wearing a mask and the tellers are behind glass. Sent in a money order that had not posted to my account....now I have a late fee. Thanks Chase.

Horrible customer service. The bank teller was incredibly rude to us when we walked in. The guy that actually assisted us was fine though. Still will go to a different Chase bank for service.

The bank was empty when I came in and they still sent me to another branch across town because they were just too busy to notarized a document. It would have taken 30 seconds. Unbelievable.
