Obviously no one cares about this branch or whatever it is. ATM’s have constant problems. Went in for help today and they had no answer as to why I could not withdraw money. Asked if I got a confirmation text. From an ATM? Never. Suggested I go to another branch to make a withdrawal. Unprofessional and could care less about solving the problem. Not sure why they are getting paid at that location.

Place is basically an ATM now. I had set up an appointment for today only to find out upon showing up that they're "temporarily closed." The only heads up I was given was an email reminder yesterday that I have a meeting scheduled for today... apparently they didn't say it would be a meeting with a sign that says "sorry temporarily closed."

This particular branch and the people that worked here are the only reason I stayed with chase as long as I did. Now that they have made this into a digital store and taken away the most important part of a bank - the face to face experience and trust in the people that are taking your money - I will be closing my business account and open one at a bank where their own employees and customers matter more than technology. Sad, real sad.

LITERALLY FIRE EVERYONE HERE CHASE BANK I just wanted to try to pull out money and they had the audacity to tell me that that was not the branch I went to and pulled money out 2 weeks ago before they pretty much told me to leave because there was no way they could help me. this branch carries no significance and should just be completely removed since all the people that work there can't help you with s***

Just started banking with chase and already on the wrong foot. Wasted 20 minutes of my lunch at the drive through only to be told that i needed to go inside to confirm my signature..... I provided you with my debit and license cards.. dont really see the reason for the delay nor why you waste my time at the drive through... Just close your drive through and make everyone go inside....like i said. Waste of time.

Branch Manager Jorge J. Rios is super helpful and solved my checking account fraud problem. Thank you so much! 2 years ago: Always fast and friendly. Ann is the sweetest!

Worst bank experience ever, I wanted to open an account, made appointment and when I called before going, I was told the banker was helping another client. That's ok for me as it's first come first serve. Then I came the other day when they open at 9AM, no banker was there, an assistant banker told me the banker would arrive in any minute. No one showed up. On 9:10AM I was told the banker should arrive in 10 minutes. No one showed up. On 9:20AM, I was told the banker was "pulling in". No one showed up. On 9:30AM, no one showed up, I was told they "thought" the banker should come today "soon" and I left. So they basically they didn't check with the banker but just lying to me and wasted me half hour waiting there. Dishonest people I would never come to this location again.

This bank has given me horrible service at 2 branches spicewood and parmer thanks to emily.. Very poor attitude and knowledge base.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Even though they have 1000s of branches, Chase still manages to provide great customer service. Ann and Anu were great!

This branch is now just for ATM service .. it will probably close soon. This is sad because it was a good neighborhood branch.. Now to look for a new bank
