I have been a customer for the past four years, during which time I purchased three BMWs from Mike Hanaway and his team. My service provider has been Kyle Clark. My wife and I have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the purchase and servicing of our vehicles. It is a first class operation with great attention paid to customer concerns.

I had my previous 3 series serviced at BMW of Austin for two years before trading it for a new 3 series recently. Service and sales experiences were both great. I worked with Sarah Williams on my recent purchase and she was excellent to work with -- patient, helpful in finding compromise on my eventual trade-in deal and good with follow-up. This is the third BMW dealer I've purchased from and I'd recommend it above the others I've worked with.

BMW of Austin service is consistently excellent. I’ve worked with several service advisors over 15 years and they’ve all provided excellent service with timely updates on progress. Very thorough, courteous, customer friendly environment. Repairs were completed quickly with total resolution of problems addressed. We were provided a loaner car for the time our car was in service. We are extremely happy with BMW of Austin.

I love this place, the cost of a basic service is about the same as the independent dealer. We have all our service work on our 2011 328i done at BMW of Austin. We love the comfort of the customer lounge, the friendly staff and quality of work done when we bring our car in. There is nothing like the peace of mind knowing that the work is being done right and if there is an issue that the dealer is being held to a much higher set of standards than a an independent repair center. They take the time to address you by name as soon as you pull into the drive. Its seems simple enough to know who is coming in but this is the first dealer to know who I am based on my appointment ad my car. This place is first class all the way around, thank you for always taking care of all our BMW needs.

I recently went to BMW of Austin with no real intent to purchase one of their vehicles. This time around, it was more a formality, as I had all but settled on a Mercedes, but I figured I'd give my old friend Troy Massey a call ( he sold me two vehicles years before ). The thing is, they made it much more difficult to walk away than I had expected. Not because of any sort of pressure - quite the opposite. The whole experience, from the moment you walk in, is more like checking into a nice hotel. There was no feeding frenzy, no ridiculous sales tactics, instead I felt like I was being taken on a relaxed tour of the facility while discussing what I was looking for. Troy never attempted to push me in any particular direction, he simply listened and added guidance and suggestions where relevant. As I became more interested in an actual BMW, Troy offered several solo test drives which allowed me to get a feel for the car in more typical driving situations at my own pace. Ultimately, I ended up enjoying the BMW quite a bit more, despite the increased cost and the fact that I’d have to wait 30+ days for the car. But it goes far beyond the car itself - it was almost embarrassing how superior the service level was with Troy and BMW of Austin compared to the unnamed Mercedes dealership. From the way we were greeted up front, the cleanliness of the facility, to the simplicity of the financial process, the entire experience was exceptional. We sincerely appreciate Troy’s ability to concierge the entire process for us, and once again, show us how big a mistake we almost made by going elsewhere.
