Chase Bank N Lincoln Ave, Chicago

This branch is really close to my home and actually Chase Bank has a lot of atm s and branchs in Chicago. I think staff is really helpful. of the guy I am not sure his name. His hair looks cool and I have never seen that kinda cool banker 😀 and another Bosnian banker is really helpful as well. Free and easy parking. They have 2 atm s in front of the door and one inside. They are playing good music 🎶 EDIT: I have met another Bosnian Banker. She was really helpful. Thank you so much. And one more thing Bosna is a really good country 🇧🇦

This is the very best Chase bank branch I have ever visited. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The lead teller officer, Ms. Colpa, is always smiling, and always does her best to give me all of my needed documents. Also, Katherine and Rosa are professional and so helpful too. I just described what I need for my documents to be notarized, they finish them correctly and quickly. Thank you all again here! You will feel warm when you get your bank paperwork done here!!! :)

Just had an extremely professional experience ordering new checks at this location. I didn’t even get a chance to sit down in the chair before Katherine Celeita ushered me to her desk and promptly started to assist me. She could sense my urgency and expedited my request without making a mistake! I’m coming back tomorrow to open a joint savings account! Chase, please take notice how well your employees are doing! Kudos!

Always closed "for private client" right when i actually need to go inside for business

I just had a very misfortunate event were I was treated rudely and I felt ridiculed by the workers of the bank. I went to deposit a check on one of the atm's and that are on the outside since the bank was already closed. I was trying to sign my check but the pen they had wasnt working, I was kindly waving and asking the workers on the inside for a pen and they said no. I had to go next door to Dollar Tree to buy a pack of pens and come back to sign my check. As soon as I was done signing my check I left my new pens there for other people to use them and then the workers came outside and brought pens. Thanks a lot Chase!

I am a TD Bank customer. I went to this atm machine to withdraw $500, but atm said: we are not able to give cash at the moment. Later that day I saw that I am missing $500 that I tried to withdraw. I call my bank and told them what happened, they gave me money back, but after one month they reversed the credit because Chase bank said I took that money. I also spoke to the branch manager at chase, but she said they are not servicing atm machine and that they are not able to help me out. This Chase Bank is a big scam bank!

Just opened a new account and have the best representative. They really care about each individual. I will send anybody their way looking for a new account. They serve great coffee

This brunch sucks. They are the slowest branch in the city of Chicago. They know they get long lines and they still don't seem to manage the employee coverage to take care of the business. Never going there again.
