Chase Bank Queens Blvd, Queens

I’ve been a chase customer for more than 7 years. This branch, is so far the worst ever. No efficiency, no on-time service, and terrible attitude. My appointment was 11:30am. Waited for 1.5hrs and was still waiting. The only answer I got was, “if you want, you can leave and reschedule, there’s nothing we can do”. Very nice.

Rude people attending. They do everything by their own convenience. They need some training to deal with customers ASAP

Partner was racially profiled while trying to complete a transaction towards a home purchase. He has had an account for years with steady direct deposits and no suspicious movement of funds. He was told to leave the bank, and return with hard copy "evidence" as the rep would not accept electronic, but when he returned the next rep said none of that was necessary, further supporting the idea that he had been sent away for nothing except that the first rep did not want to help him.

I have always had pleasant interactions with the tellers and the bankers (essentially all the staff of this Chase branch). It’s a blessing to have good banking experience in this busy neighborhood! *just wanted to share the special operating hours during this time with everyone

Glad I opened all my personal/business saving and checking accounts here. I travel a lot and this past Friday afternoon, I deposit a check into my business account through ATM in Atlanta and Saturday morning I received a phone call from my “relationship banker” Mr. Yung who opened all my accounts for me informed me that there is a temporary hold on the check. I have never experience that kind of dedication and service before.

I just use the ATM here, and it's fine for that purpose. Like other Chase branches, it's 24/7 card-based access. Not too crowded.

If i come to the counter, then i expect to get help there and not to be sent to the ATM. Especially if there is no line and noone waiting. Very unprofessional.
