I waited for an hour to do a wire. I saw two bankers on staff that day, after I put my name down on the list, one went on lunch, the other was busy helping another customer, but eventually started talking to people that just walked in and ignored the list. While all this was going on, the manager didn't even bother to check and see if anybody was waiting.

Very sharp bankers and managers. Manager wisely had all bankers be public notaries, so they have plenty and they are available until the end of business hours. Some other branches don't have any notaries.

Made and appointment to get some documents notarized and bank signature authorization. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Mr. Luis Ortiz-Marin, who was very patient and friendly with my elderly mother and made us feel welcome and important

DJ was friendly and professional! By far better than Wells Fargo. Glad I changed Glenn M.

Expensive. Dirty and take too much to give the food
