Chase Bank Washington Ave, Pleasantville

We went to open a bank account but they were closing in 30 min. Not knowing how long it might take, we followed the banker Ms.Liljana into her office. Over the next hour or so, she patiently and diligently walked us through each step, until we walked out the door with not just a new account but also the online and mobile accounting set up, plus, a cordial goodbye and a kind note at the end welcoming us to come back for any future assistance that we might need. Just the best customer service. Thankful for the amazing staff here!

The staff at this branch are kind, but I can’t get over the fact that Chase has pumped over $317 Billion into fossil fuels since the Paris Accord was signed in 2016. They are driving the climate crisis! Visit fossilbanks.org for more info.
