Chase Bank Main St, Port Washington

The customer service is great. People who work there are super friendly and very helpful. Only downside is, I wish there were someone at the door to greet you and answer any questions. Instead of having to go to the teller to ask. Overall, my experience isn’t all that bad compared to the other branches I go to in the city.

Easy to see right off of Main Street servicing Port Washington and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. Clean facilities. ATM on premises. Personal loans and mortgages are available. We will most likely be going back.

Worse customer help ever. I went there cous i wanted to add my wife to my current chase account . the lady who attend us had an acttitud of I Hate this place or peraph she hated us For Being latinos . At the End Wasnt able to help us .. ..i left and went straight to the one on portwashington blv. . the people there kindly help us and gave us the service we were looking for .. Really ashamed that this places have such a bad attitud with their customers. . .

Need to be open Sunday or later on Saturday. The TD next store is. People have limited time and Chase is not making it as easy as the competitors. Going to switch my accounts to TD
