Mrs Nguyen is very patient, understanding of one's needs. She'll explain everything to you about your account & if you are not tech savvy she'll help with that too. Plus she knows a lot about the good credit card deals.

I normally do a mobile deposit once a month for less than $1,000 (a commission check from work). Normally took 2 days to clear w/ $200 being immediately available. For some reason this check was taking a long time to clear, and I finally had time to call the bank. I was very happy I didn’t have to press a number to speak to someone and follow the dreaded phone tree. Joe the branch manager was very friendly and assisted me with my problem, which resulted in the hold being immediately released as it’s from my employer that does bi-weekly direct deposit and monthly paper checks. I started this account online, and don’t really go into the bank for much of anything, but I am happy that this location is my local branch! Highly recommend chase and specifically this location. Thanks Joe!

Always friendly and helpful. My friends tease me that I still go to the bank. I tell them I love my bank. The manager even called me to check to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything.

I worked as a teller for chase for 2 years (12-14) and I've banked with them for 6. this branch is the worst. i stopped in today to make a deposit on my lunch break, the person at the teller station out front was actually a banker who told me she could not help me because i had cash and rolled coin, she told me to go to go the back....a man was already waiting with a business deposit. i waited 25 mins the teller working the drive thru said "Im sorry i have to help the people in drive thru first because Im working back here." she continued to take car after car after car for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES while me and this man just sat there. another banker came in and had the teller do a deposit for her client at her desk in between cars. i ended up leaving without making my deposit. I will never go to this branch again.

I needed to discuss some issues with my account with a banker and they were able to help me get everything sorted out in less than twenty minutes. The banker's name is Michael Bonett - I highly recommend seeing him for any issues. I'll definitely come back to this branch!

Normally going through the drive thru I've had efficient, personable & welcoming good customer service. I go to the drive through to avoid several tellers who are grim to deal with, scrutinize deposits and checks with a stern look and who are very negative, curt and unwelcoming. Today I went in... typical experience, no one on the front at all. A manager sitting in his office looks at me blankly. I finally look to the back and see staff there so walk to the back (drive-thru service). They see me looking for service and say nothing. Finally I decide no one is coming to the windows in front so I go to the back and say.... cheerily - Hi you're all back here today? stoney look and silence..... then I put down my checks and count out the cash on the deposit for her - to show that it matches the cash balance. She says nothing and starts scrutinizing the checks with her face in this amazing disapproving expression. This takes quite a while - "You have cash - I need to see your id" again said sternly. (you would think I was applying for food stamps honestly) "And, she notes - you didn't put the date on your deposit slip" so she enters it (true, I hadn't as I wasn't sure I'd make it in today I say...) Silence -- she slides my id back. There are zero customers in the place or at the window, she is working along with another teller... I realize this was tough having to write in the date on my deposit slip... but say nothing else. Finally she is done scrutinizing the checks ... thank heavens it was only a $1400 deposit and 4 cks, lord knows how long it would have taken otherwise. She starts to process the deposit wherein I say... You seem disappointed - what's wrong? You couldn't find anything else wrong with the deposit? She gives me this plastic smile... and explains how if she missed something wrong.... I told her I understand its the way you do it. I've been banking with Chase for over 30 years ..and have NEVER had anything sent back other than when someone has written a ck that bounced and I deposited it.... and in Ann Arbor, I'm treated like a valuable customer, where here its like I've been caught cheating on an exam and you're going to catch me again... its just very unnecessarily unpleasant. No, "I'm sorry that's how we come across" or any other good customer service response --- just some sarcasm back. I said, well, you've gotten some negative feedback today -- its tough. But you're a professional. We all work and sometimes we get feedback and its how you handle it that is the difference. -- (condescending smile back is the response). I will not be back. I've come here a long time and its always the same. I have other places I can do Chase on my route where staff are personable, polite and welcoming.

Kind of rude. Like I wasnt supposed to be walking in to make a withdrawal. I know Im a young black male. But sheesh, I used to live down the street and frequent them weekly. And even with that (the living down the street part) it don't matter if I drove across country or across state. chase is chase.

good bank minus the customer service you’d expect. line of 6+ people with only one teller and one banker is just sitting in his cubicle and cleaning his phone with a clorox wipe instead of jumping in and moving the line along.

Usually helpful but it says drive thru is open until 6, the drive thru being closed at 5:45 determined that was a lie
