The person at the counter doesn't know what a loan check was! She denied me the option to deposit it because she had never seen one. Instead, she referred me to the credit union that cut the check. After the eight mile drive to the credit union, I was informed that the check is a standing legal document and that Chase should have no issues depositing it. I drive eight miles back and get another employee who accepts the check and deposits it with no issues at all. The first employee with the lack of knowledge did no apologize or even acknowledge me after sending me on this wild good chase. My recommendation would be to immediately ask for a manager if it seems the teller is unfamiliar with a valid check. Two stars instead of one, because the second person was helpful and had no issues.

Worst place to have a bank with.. terrible service I’ve been waiting for a deposit that was cleared from a client of mine for over a week ago. Today I spent 4 hours on the phone, in person, & on a 5hitshow trying to verify funds that are “MY” money & making a confusing mess with my clients with the dumb representatives they have working at chase. NEVER going to do business with a bank that robs from the people.

They say there open but they never are on Saturday and on the door say 9am to 2pm... They should get a razor and take that off because that's a lie and the atm never works.

I have a great experience when I go into this location. I am always greeted (sometimes by 2 ppl 😁) and am treated with respect. I have just started banking with them so I am not sure on all their banking options, but this is my 1st bank experience. I have been banking with credit unions since forever. I did just recently get rejected for a credit card with them, so that was a bummer, but hopefully soon I can enjoy that particular portion of their banking institution at a upcoming date. Stay safe, stay blessed.

ATM is out of order more often than not. Luckily Walmart is close by and I can get cash back there. Anything over $100 and you are stuck paying ATM fees to get your own money. This issue has been going on for years now. looking at switching banks

Worst customer service of any financial institution I have ever experienced. If I could give Chase zero stars I would because that’s literally the amount of customer service I received - zero. I made an appointment on the Chase website to pay off an auto loan at a local branch. The confirmation came back showing the time, the branch location, the name and phone number of the person I was scheduled to meet with. I went to the branch and found that it is “temporarily closed” and the phone number for the person was not in service. I then call the Chase “Customer Service” number and after a five minute wait, a real person comes on the line, and provides no information or assistance except to say he was going to connect me with auto loans. Their end then went dead silent with nothing happening until I disconnected the call 15 minutes later. The only reason I agreed to a Chase auto loan was because they had a local branch and their website (and Google Maps) indicated that it was still open for business with scheduled appointments during COVID-19. That turned out to be false.

Poor customer service. Ask you to drop off deposits in night drop but do not give you a key. Once you drive up the night drop is locked and you have to go around the building to get in line again. Or the drive thru attendant says come back later if you have too many deposits. When you come back the line is long and they process customers slowly. Why have a business lane if you do not intended to process business immedialey? Not a great way to treat businesses or regular customers.

Terrible bank. I heard one of the tellers make a racial remark about a black man behind me and the other lady laughed. Unbelievable. The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Branch needs to be closed down.

Was helped by Jennifer Montoya! Had fraud on my account and she helped me close/open and even printed out my automatic payments and mailed new checks at no cost. Great experience
