Most Chase branches are rated at about two stars because they deserve about two stars. This one is rated about four stars because it deserves about four stars. The people at this branch are both friendlier and more competent than you usually find at bank branches. If you're just looking for an ATM, go to the closest one, but if you have anything serious to do with account maintenance or setting up direct deposit, go out of your way to visit this branch.

Michael Scruggs branch manager and Kyle Niemtschk had gone above and beyond for me. There empathy, kindness, and customer service will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything, I am very happy to be a chase customer.

I opened a bank account and was told by the banker at this location it would be delivered 5-7 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and when I called support they said I was never issued a card in the first place and I had to go back in person. I am very disappointed and frustrated my first experience opening a new account at chase was ruined because a banker couldn’t do something simple enough to give me access to my funds. I will not be going to this location again.

Samantha Grooms helped us open an additional account today. She was helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was really a nice experience for my wire and myself.

Relative to other Chase bank branches in the Chandler-Gilbert area, this one is leaps and bounds better. Really helpful staff who somehow appear from inside as you walk in. All I had to do was deposit a check but a teller came and basically did it for me(on one of their new self service counters).

Been a member 15 years. Didn't know I needed an appointment. Got there 20 min before 5. At 5 to they told me they can't stay 5 min late to help me out and get a simple document notorized. Wow. Will be switching banks as soon as I can make an appointment! Poor customer service!!!

A coupon was sent to my house,$200 to open a savings account with $15000 for 3 months ,so I opened an account.I received an email stating if I maintain a balance less than $15 K for a 6 month period I will be charged a fee of $25 per month.I promptly went to the bank and closed the account.I don't do business with deceptive and dishonest companys.I have an accout with Discover and TIIA bank and am much happier,they are honest and transparent.
