Chase Bank Main St, Sayville

I have allergies and I walked into this Branch yesterday to conduct some business and they had diffuses plugged in burning this strong perfumey fragrance that made me want to choke. I don't understand how a branch could create an environment where people with allergies feel unwelcome. Totally unprofessional.I don't expect that when I walk into a branch. They have no right to take away my right to clean air.

I’m an out of towner but need to handle some business while there about a week ago. This was the closest location. Let me tell you. I’m so glad I chose this one. The staff was extremely friendly and polite but what really caught my attention was the AMAZING smell. I’ve never been in any bank that smelled so good. I asked the teller and I was given the “run down” of what was making it smell so good. I’m glad I did. Thank you Sayville chase branch. You’ve changed my life

The lady with gray hair that works thire very unprofessional. Not veryhelpful to me at all when i need it and also can be very ruge i would not recomend getting her if you go thire had a bad experience thiret with her not oncws but 2 times with her adttitude.
