TD Bank N Main St, Sayville

This location always goes above and beyond in terms of service. They are very kind and efficient in helping customers. Alexis is particularly wonderful, she remembers who you are and is always willing to help. One time the atm ate my debit card and she stayed after hours to get it sorted out and issue a new one for me. She is wonderful!

I have been with TD for over 5 years. It was a rocky start at first but in time I found the tellers, customer service reps and especially the manager Patricia to be kind, courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend parking your money with TD. It will prove to be a decision you will never regret.

Never had a problem with this bank until today. I recently moved across the country and called this bank to help me figure out my online banking information and other general info. The woman who “helped” me, Lilian, was so rude, straight up hostile, and pretty much refused to help me what so ever, even though I told her I love 3000 miles away. Extremely poor customer service.

Getting tired of this bank ,was great now poorly ran ,closed on a non holiday ,need to cash my check ,and there closed on a Saturday,at 11 oclock
