    Let me start off by saying that the staff during the weekdays are very kind, professional and attentive 100%. This is not the case on Saturdays. I am in this location 3 days a week to make business deposits for our sports bar. I find it hard to believe that just because i did not have my account number i could not get change for $300. i attempted to give the lady our LLC etc and she shrugged me off saying i can only get change with an account number. How is it possible that with our business information we cannot be found in the Chase system ?

    This branch is full of unqualified employees! Don't go here! They don't even know how to look up your account. JPMorgan Chase, please train your employees or hire PROFESSIONALS, not amatures that can't speak properly!

    Customer walks in 5 o’clock and says wants to open an account and the fella standing at the entrance says we are booked for the rest of the day. I am glad I am not a checking account customer than ( they close at 6 pm and I had to leave work 30 mins early to hear this)

    Joseph unprofessional unapologetic and doesn't know what he is doing. For the second time here he doesn't look at the deposit slip and always mess up. I have had to wait on him to count his cash box over his mistake through drive thru. And in person he still makes mistake. He should look into a different profession if he can't read. And doesn't apologize for having you wait for more then 25 minutes over a deposit slip.

    I went in this afternoon after work because I had some fraudulent activity on my debit card. When I got there, a not so friendly young woman told me I had to come back to schedule an appointment to be seen since it was 20 till 5:00 pm. I was trying to explain the situation to this women and she was not having it. A wonderful woman named Norma Ochoa told she she’d try to help me out. She exceeded my expectations with getting my account straight and got a new debit card issued to me. She was so kind and helpful. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I was out the door before 5:00 pm. Norma took the time to help out when she could have asked me to come back. She exemplifies customer service!

    Just left a drive thru teller who was unbelievably rude. And instead of doing her job quickly and efficiently, wasted my time by sending back the tube a total of 5 times and never once speaking to me after the initial greet for the entire duration despite pressing call button. I can't believe banks hire and trust such incompetent and rude people. Wouldn't trust this location with my business and I suggest if your reading this that you don't either.

    Terrible customer service for new customer. Got married came in to change my name. I am the ONLY customer I’m the bank and the banker said I can’t help you I am waiting to go to lunch and have appointees all day. I asked could anyone else help me ? I was told no. Was told come back saturday walk ins are welcome on Saturday by another teller.

    I came on November 18th to make a $925 deposite and then a $925 withdraw because l made a Money Order. On Dec 11th Chase withdrew $925 out of my account. I called the customer service and basically told me that I needed to go to the branch for further so I did. They told me that they didn’t know why that happened, they later confirmed that it was an error on their behalf so then they said they will fix it. The next day which is Dec 12th I went back at 9am because they told me that I had to go back and basically told me that I needed to talk to the “SUPERVISOR” Claudia so they took my phone number and told me she would call me back when she goes to work at 1pm. Claudia never called me back and showed no importance to even reach out to me. So I had to take action myself and called the branch at 5pm to basically get screamed at, she told me that she had resolved the issue but wasn’t going to give my money back because she accused me of saying that I said that the teller stole my money which I never did so she has to make it an investigation even tho she just said that they had already resolved the issue they where having on in the logs. When I asked who was above her she laughed sand said that her boss LISA wasn’t going to give my money back and that she was going to say the same thing that she was telling me. And if I showed up at the branch that she was going to keep repeating her self to me over and over again. So then I told her when was I going to get my money back she said “I don’t know I have so much stuff to do so your at the bottom of the list especially this time of year” So I will be going to the news and sue to take a stand.

    It's really slow day and they still take too long to take your deposit and the drive-through. I don't know how many employees work during the afternoon but I feel they should have more employees in their.

    Do not come to this place. Employee are really unprofessional and racist because if you come from work and they see youin your work's clothing they will discriminate you and send you away even if you have an account with them and they are making money out of your saving. So just be aware. No vayan a esta sucursal. Los empleados no son profecional y rasitas por que Si te ven en ropa de trabajo te envian a otra sucursal apesar de que tengas cuenta con ellos y hagan dinero con tu ahorros. Cuidado
