    This bank has very clear deficiencies that have been reported to BofA Corporate regarding their cashier check printing practices. They're printing checks using defective toner cartridges which has resulted in over a day wasted of my time since the dealership ultimately refused to take them. The manager at this location is a clown. He states that they identified the problem 3 days prior - yet they're clearly still printing checks. He tried to gaslight me by saying that "nobody else is having this problem, you're the first one". Even if this was true, you shouldn't be printing defective checks Mr. Pinecone. The manager also accepted not accountability, offered no apology (until questioned about it), and most importantly... did not attempt to fix my problem. After Almost 26 years as a customer (coming from Nations Bank), it's time to cut the chord with this bank. They're truly a second rate institution and it's time customers realize this and make a switch. Run... Run far away

    Absolutely useless. I waited in a huge line and they couldn’t help with a simple request. They recommended I drive around to other locations to see if anybody could help me change my pin. Don’t waste your time.

    Terrible customer service. Understaffed. Call centers will insist you can just stop by. Untrue. If directed to visit a financial center, do NOT go without an appointment. You're just a number, and not one that matters to BoA.

    I went to this branch for a problem. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Especially Zaira Beltan was very helpful. She almost spent hours for me, And finally she solved my problem. Excellent banking and customer service.Professional service..Thanks a lot..

    The drive-thru tellers have been rude and incompetent in the past, the ATMs are better and faster. The staff indoors are more helpful, however u need to make appointments for everything or the wait is very long.

    Worst branch ever no staff available long ques even single person cashier sitting also left for a long period of time totally waste of time

    Drive thru is always closed which makes it difficult and inconvenient for people that can’t get off to go inside literally exposing costumers for no reason and the atm machines are always broken the staff is completely slow and takes forever. They don’t even sanitize I would recommend another location this place is absolutely the worst.

    If you are a Business do NOT even THINK to bank here! This bank is a very poor excuse for one. They must not want Business Customers and want to take advantage of personal banking clients. What business can do THEIR banking ours of 9-4PM!!! Even the drive thru is the same hours. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! What business opens after 9AM and closes before 4PM to do banking at Bank of Americas convenience??? I drive around with checks that are ready to disintegrate before I can get them deposited. I chose this bank because it is on the way to work and on the way home for convenience! But their hours make me have to schedule around “their convenience” of 9-4???!!! I work on Saturdays too so should I ask them to open for one hour on Sunday so I can do banking? Went to the ATM the other morning and someone had used the corner to relieve themselves of #2! I called the manager and they asked me if I would make a formal complaint with the corporate because she had been trying to get their attention about this type of “activity” for a while??!! I have lived and worked all over Central and South American and Mexico is one of my favorite vacation destinations (scuba in Cozumel). With my limited Spanish I think I speak more Spanish than they can speak English. Constantly having to repeat myself and still sometimes they get it wrong. Asked for a deposit slip at the commercial drive through and you would have thought I committed a mortal sin! Tried to make a deposit one day at drive thru and she said I would have to write the full company's name on the deposit! Our account is under our initials and NOT the full company name! I was dumbfounded and the stupidity! Called the other day to give information on a lost or stolen credit card and to give information so i could come in and get a replacement. She said I couldn’t do it over the phone. She said she had customers waiting. I UNDERSTAND customers waiting ahead of a phone call. But after trying to call for over an hour and getting a recording that they were busy and to leave a number and someone would call me back in 24hours is not assisting in a possible stolen card and possible fraud on an account. At least show somewhat of banking intelligence and take the information to stop the card or put me over to someone that can assist me! I am done with this bank and hope all businesses even thinking of banking here read this before doing it. Bad Bad Bad for Businesses!

    Worst banking experience, ever. And i used to work at the bank. Not helpful and keep asking me to go online or use phone number at the back of the card for help. They welcomed me to pay thousands of dollars to get a mortgage loan but don't really do mortgage assistant at the banking center. Ya thanks.
