Chase Bank Mannheim Rd, Hillside

I recently lost my father he had an account with Chase Bank. I had to close the account through this difficult time. Coming from North Carolina and closing account was experience. Nevertheless it was a great experience. I received an great, immaculate, amazing, and professional service. I was greeted by Mo very pleasant then she referred me to Jasmine also pleasant and courteous. I had a hard time understanding the process of closing account but it was explain to me where I understood it. Overall this Branch made me feel like family understanding my situation and were awesome in providing customer service. I would recommend this branch to anyone who's seeking professional and courteous service I will rank this branch an A+. Thank you Mo, Jasmine, and Chase Bank.

I come here for ATM use only and they are always down. Which is absurd because they actually have a few. My boyfriend and I were waiting in line along with other cars for ONE ATM and we couldn't believe that when it was our turn that it froze up and told us it was down. 0 stars if I could.

We came to open a savings account waited over an hour to do so only one personal banker available. After 30 minutes of waiting I walked up to the cubicle on the left to find a man sitting there asked him if there was another personal banker he stated “I have only one banker the other called off” he never got up to help or apologized for the wait. He sat in his chair the whole time not getting up one time to at least apologize for the wait. We ended up leaving after an hour wait and opened an account online. Another customer got up before us and left as well. Very bad for business, never again will we return poor customer service skills.

Jasmine was extremely rude and unprofessional during our conversation on the phone. She was supposed to transfer me to customer service but instead hung up.

Very unprofessional we are trying to open an account with all the documents necessary n the person there same like the other bank in Elmhurst don't want to help he told will take an hour to open an account I decided to open myself at home Took me like 15 minutes So why we have people on the bank if they don't help...

this is the third time that I come to see a banker and took more than 40 min. waiting , the manager Gohnay Marshall is a really nice person and do everything she can but bank need to get more personal, how is this possible? super slow

I came in on April 3rd to have my debit card replaced. I signed in at 4:03pm CST time and it now 5:25pm. When I came in there were approx three customer bank representatives. It is now 5:27pm CST and two of the representatives have left leaving just one representative to handle myself and three other customers. There is one other customer that was before me. This way past poor customer service. I will also be contacting the bank manager.

Two customers waiting for a personal banker, 2 people behind the counter 3 people in what appeared to be a manager's office none of them helping the waiting customers. first and last time I will stop at that branch. If it was typical of my experience with Chase I would change Bank. Luckily it is not.

The manager handed out vegan candy that harmed no lives while tellers efficiently handled many customers. Kudos to a compassionate and well run branch that continues to improve and strive for everyone to have a positive experience.

Always crowded with people but no workers. The 4 teller stations are always empty and there's ONE teller who runs both the drive thru + lobby. Then usually one guy in the cubicle and 5 other cubicles empty. It's a busy bank and VERY poorly staffed.
