This morning I got to the store and the door was locked so I looked at my watch and realized I was there a few mts early. Before I could decide if I wanted to stand in the gold or go sit in my car, the door opened for business. I was very pleased with my purchases and to my surprise they sold more than jewelry. They had beautiful paintings, calendars, hand made candles, etc. Great service and great prices.

Gotta love this place! So organized and such a variety to choose from. Very beautiful jewelry. I would suggest asking for the young lady Brittany to assist you. She is always so helpful and patient. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. My Husband and I have purchased several watches and other jewelry through her. If you're indecisive about something she will help you pick out what looks best on you. She is very classy and we've always trusted her judgement and continue to receive compliments everywhere we go. This place has excellent customer service. Definitely our go to place!

Looking to get my battery replaced and I always see this place by my house. So today I walked in looking to get the battery replaced in my favorite watch. While waiting for my watch to be fixed, I saw another watch. Then, I met Goldie! If you need anything by the way of a loan, watch batteries or pooking for great merchandise PLEASE stop by and ask for Goldie. Her energy is phenomenal and she will help you out and get the job done!

I can't even count the number of times I've gone here and had a wonderful experience but my most recent trip is the deciding factor as to why I won't come back. I've had the same rope chain repaired near the clasp (end of the chain) maybe 2 or 3 times. After gifting it away it needed to be repaired again so I took it to my favorite jeweler just for them to accidentally break it in the middle. They did correct their mistake yet still charged me full price while telling me "your chain was weak and going to break regardless. I'm not sure what you expect us to take responsibility for" This wasn't the way I expected to be treated. I paid for my service.. just sucks I won't be returning. I spoke very highly of this place initially.

Nicest staff, very knowledgeable. They are fair, which is appreciated. This store also makes custom jewelry, for example, bring in your long strand of pearls and haven them make a choker, earrings and a bracelet. Plus they can add diamonds to your Rolex.

Called to check if they replace watch batteries, was told they do. Went into the store was taken care of quickly. Very professional & accommodating.
