I’d give them negative stars if I could. Trying to get a family member money with Zelle and came back across the boarder in an attempt to facilitate. No bueno. Reason for denying us this? We move around too much?!?

We are Texans in San Diego visiting a marine at Camp Pendleton. It was decided we needed more cash for the local tourist stops and stopped in for a withdrawal. We were received a warm greeting upon entering and the transaction was completed without issue. We were made to feel like we were the only client in the bank. Kudos to everyone at this branch!

Been inside the bank once for a transaction. Everyone was friendly and the wait wasn't long. I was there yesterday for a deposit at 625 after work and they close at 5pm so I used the ATM. It shorted me a 20 and when I cancelled the transaction it kept it. I've been trying to call them but no one is answering the phones. Will have to go by after work.

Went in for legal name change on account. they ended up removing me from my own account and sent me home to set up a new checking account. lost all of my account money and the manager was not able to transfer the money before removing name from the account. the manager said that after 10 years if its unclaimed by an authorized person they will give it to the state. Since then Chase bank has not rejected IRS automatic deposits for stimulus checks even though the name of the check is not on the name of the account. This is going into investigation however if chase would have rejected all of the funds that are not in name of the account a check would have been mailed by the IRS, Chase took the money instead this seems like fraud.

I have already 4 credit cards from different banks and applied for Chase Freedom credit card online and their credit card department mailed me a “Social Security Card Verification Form” and a letter stating that I need to fill that form out and go to a chase branch to fax it to them. I came this branch, told the banker what they need to do and show them the papers I received from them, and they said they have done it and it will take 10 to 15 business days to update my information. When I called the customer service after 20 business days to ask them know when they reply to my application, they said my application has been removed to a department they cannot take back from. The reason of this was, as they said, either they didn’t receive the required information, they weren’t faxed, or they just lost them. When I was questioning what kind of customer service and professionalism this is by calling their customer service, by a specialist, I was recommended to apply once again for it that has already gave a hard inquiry to my credit history that will not be removed for 2 years, decreased my credit score, and is not sure if it will be approved. I was told by my close friends that Chase was the best bank that has the best customer service. As long as I see, it is the worst bank that has the worst customer service ever in US banks. I am glad that I have not been a part of your “family”.

I had such a great experience at Chase Bank, this branch specifically! They helped me set up several accounts, cards and even spent extra time introducing me to Chase Chats to help families and customers set financial goals and stay on track! Brandon, Brian and Patty were all so helpful! :)

I understand there is a lot of chaos with everything going on in the world these days but when accomplishing something through the Chase website becomes impossible due to a message you cannot proceed, and you call and wait on hold with the 1-800 customer service line for nearly an hour, just to be directed to your local branch because you are told they are the only ones that can help you, to be told when you arrive at the local branch there's nothing they can do and everything needs to be done online, there is something seriously wrong with this businesses customer service. Oh and get this, the branch teller goes "you don't have another bank you bank with?" So what you're essentially telling me I should take my business elsewhere. I have been a long time Chase customer and this is the service I get? Very disappointed.

They were unable to sell me a cashier's check using my Chase account, because I didn't have my debit card on me. I had my ID, Chase credit card, and more than enough funds in my bank account. They even texted a security code to my phone, but still their system wouldn't do it. I was stuck, unable to get a cashier's check from my own bank!

I've had by far the worst experience ever working with this bank for my business. They completely dropped the ball and allowed for a disgruntled old Owner/Partner to remove myself and other partner by providing a document not even congruent to the Secretary of State's most updated information. It was simply a document he drafted himself and had no backing from the Government or State. Because of this, operations were brought to a halt for more than a week and still to this day, I haven't been put back on this account which is necessary to file our corporate taxes. The Branch and Corporate itself won't own up to their mistakes at all and I have been forced to go the legal route. Do not open a business account here, they act very caring in the beginning but I would hate for anyone to have to deal with what I've gone through!

There were 3 bankers sitting there with no one at their desks, and they wouldn't help me as a walk in add a person to my account. They said I needed an appointment.
