Firstly let me say some of the Chase "Private Client Bankers" are outstanding. In the last decade I can say 4 of them will do very, very well in life as they are knowledgeable, accurate with information and helpful. Up until a year or two ago there was a problem with bankers giving misinformation however that has improved dramatically in the past year. This bank is relatively handicap accessible although the front doors can be difficult to navigate if one needs any type of assistance. There are a couple of handicap spaces in front however to get into the bank would be somewhat difficult if one had a wheelchair or less than two fully functioning legs. Landscaping is poorly maintained and dying. Coffee cups inside do not have lids for those with any type of neurological difficulties (many do in Kentucky). The ATMs are difficult to see when the sun is shining. The grounds themselves and the surrounding area are not well kept or maintained which is a poor reflection on a bank with such a prominent presence in the community All of the tellers are always helpful, cheerful and do remember the majority of their clients' names - it's almost like walking into a Cheers bar. A diverse workforce has always been a challenge for Chase in Kentucky. Communication between the on-location bankers and the balance of the organization needs serious improvement. Telephone banking is sorely lacking in courtesy and a genuine focus on the customer's needs - reps tend to disconnect calls if asked a challenging question and that is a grade-school mentality. Chase Bank does not respect FCC rules for contacting a customer prior to 9AM. If Chase expects to do more than tread water Chase might want to focus on quality rather than quantity, speed and metrics. The crosswalk signals leading up to the bank are outstanding (unlike the construction and maintenance of said crosswalks). This parking lot can be a nightmare to navigate and is poorly designed. Other than that I do give my rep, Lily, an A+ for taking the time to understand her client's needs and is a joy to work with - thank you, Lily! Also, a special kudos for Elizabeth for always being so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient - thank you, Elizabeth - you really are a good sport and fun to work with! Note to Chase: Please have your air ducts cleaned (see photo below).

Always have had positive experiences at this location. This morning Sandy took great care of me she went over and beyond to make me feel appreciated

People were nice I suppose... not that they want you to talk to a person. You walk in and are greeted by presumably a manager (??). They ask you what you want and then walk you right to the inside ATM. In this case, I needed to make a large cash withdrawal in specific denominations. The person explained to me that the machine was able to do that, although I had to make two different transactions to get what I wanted. Ultimately, it took longer than if a teller (which they had two free - no other customers in the bank) had helped me and more of the work was on me (counting rather than it be counted out in front of me). It’s very clear that Chase is grooming us to be taken care of exclusively by their machines. I’m a middle aged guy and can appreciate an ATM when I need it but also would like a little customer service. This isn’t a COVID thing either... similar thing happened last year.

I went this morning to deposit cash in my checking account using the machine inside the branch and the money was taken but the deposit wasn’t made in my account. The machine did not work properly. I asked for help and the employee that was assigned to me was busy with another customer and informed me that I could wait for him for 30 min or call the 800 number to make the claim for myself. I did call and I was told that I need to wait 12 hours to credit my account with this deposit. So, I do not recommend to use this machine if you need the money right away. I did not like this service at all.

So my experience with the workers at this branch has been phenomenal; unfortunately for them I was there for banking services and the corporate help staff and customer service line are atrocious. On numerous occasions the "support specialists" on the phone would tell me partial or incorrect information that led to me accruing significant fees - some of which Chase would reverse but today they told me they would not reverse a fee that I had, again, been assessed because of false or misleading information that a "support specialist" gave me on the phone. Rather than addressing the issue of their employees giving false information to customers and refunding me the fee they informed me that I was SOL and should review the document I signed when I originally opened my account as *that* supersedes what THEIR employees have told me since then. I spent 2 hours on the phone and some time in the branch today to get this resolved and after being stonewalled and spoken to condescendingly and patronizingly [by support specialists] I closed my account. Don't waste your time, money, or effort with JP Morgan Chase as they engage in predatory behavior, operate in bad faith, and conduct bad business.

I am a LONG time customer of Chase Bank. My husband & I took 5 pages 2b notarized with 2 witnesses. They had a notary but would not allow 1 of their employees 2b the 2nd witness. I had 2go 2 the UPS store for their notary & 1 of their employees to do. At a cost of $100. Chase wasnt making money off my transaction so they dont want me 4 that!!!

Beware of Chase Bank. We had a loan for 10 years with them. Never missed a payment nor were we ever late. The payment amount changed because the loan expired, but we weren't notified. So we made payment - on time - but we paid the wrong amount. So Chase dinged our credit. Knocked us down so far that we cant get another mortgage. I begged and pleaded, but no help. Now we will have to sell our home, because of Chase's inflexibility and unfair treatment to us. My advice? Avoid Chase at all cost. My experience tells me they don't care about their customers and you would be far better off choosing any bank but Chase

Went in just to get bank statement this lady was so rude and talking to me like I am stupid. I had no idea that’s why I came to the bank to get question answer. Worst chase ever !!! Anytime I’ve gone to the bank their usually super nice I have never I wish I would of gotten her name I was in shock! Never go here again

The bank does not open at 9 a.m. You wait 10 minutes in line to have their tellers situate themselves every morning so the first transaction does not done until 9:10. To add insult tellers are extremely slow chit-chatting and not taking in consideration the long line . So fustrated, have to go to the Chase branch in Hikes point to receive better service.
