Chase Bank Braselton Hwy, Dacula

This branch is a hot mess. I’ve been with chase for a long time, but the service received here is ridiculous. I needed a medallion signature, the last thing why we need brick and mortar physical banks. This branch wouldn’t provide me with this for reasons they couldn’t establish themselves. Time to move on.

I would not recommend this bank, specially this particular branch. They have flaws in their policies and only uses them when ever is convenient. I have talked to the branch manager, district manager, regional manager and corporate manager. The level of incompetence is unreal, they don’t like customers asking questions about policies and once you do ask questions, they will place alerts all over your account and treat you like a criminal. Stay away from Chase bank, I have already make the change a long with family and friends. Go to Bank of America or regions.

Bad experience. No notary service. Mgr gave a phone number of another location in Flowery Branch Ga. That number is not in service. She didn’t bother to check. Bunch of employees walking around aimlessly. Bank is empty.

Went to this location to have a document notarized and was told to schedule an appointment for Saturday because only the manager can notarize documents. The manager was sitting in an office talking to another employee. It’s Wednesday and I should wait until Saturday to do something that would literally take less than 5 minutes??? That’s what I classify as horrible customer service!!! I left but will be closing my accounts immediately!!!

Wow I should have read reviews before coming. Banks empty but I needed to make appointment. I would have called but they don’t answer the phones. At this rate I’d rather go to another bank.

I use this bank only to cash my checks from work ( 8 dollar fee if you dont have a account) and they're always nice and fast

the bank has no people and they don't attend me because I don't have an appointment so you lose 1 customer

Dont try calling. They dont pick up the phone. Called every 30 minutes for a couple hours during open hours and they did not pick up the phone during all that time.
