    Every time I go into this branch they’re always so nice and helpful! Last time I was there I talked to them about what to do with my debit card on an upcoming trip out of the country and the nice gentleman at the counter even gave me some extra advice :)

    Made notary appointment at this branch to witness my signature on a opt out for Gwinnett County jury duty (not required for over 70 years old). Had drivers license and United States passport for proof of age. They said they were not sure if they could notarize it! I left in total amazement of the ineptness of this branch!

    I'm not sure if this credit union protocol, but I was denied a shared banking transaction due to covid.?????????? Why is this an issue I guess if I needed money for shelter if I had to quarantine I would be out of luck. If I needed cash to pay for a covid test I guess I will have to put that off. And last but not least I'm glad my mortgage wasn't due today if so...I'm evicted. Bottom line.....rethink that policy, because it's TRASH.#wegottodobetter

    I went into the Buford branch today to get some information about a car loan. While I was waiting in the line I noticed there’s a customer at the counter who was very disrespectful to one of the employees. I made eye contact with the employee and asked her if I should call security and she shook her head and said no. Based on my experience today I have to say that Diane was very professional even when facing with rude customers like that lady today. Diane has a great personality, very kind, easy to talk to and a great sense of humor. Keep up the good work!!!

    I applied for a personal loan got pre approved. They told me to email the documents and bank statements. I sent those documents the next day on sept 10 and waited but didn’t hear back so I called back on sept 29. They told me they would give me a Response the next day.The following day I did not get a call back and gave them called again oct 9th and it turns out my application expired I was not aware of this and was not told this. The loan department said they got the document on the 29th and I email those documents September 10: the person in the office didn’t send my documents to the loan department. They Sent My documents the same day I called back to check my status sept 29. By then it was to late and I was missing documents but they didn’t let me know. They said I would have to get my credit pulled again so It was basically a waste of time. The application is only good for 30 days but I was not told anything about that plus they sent my information to the loan department too late for me to add the missing documents. I called to see if they could do something about it since I feel it was an error on their end and they said nothing could be done even though it was their fault. I get that I didn’t send him the documents but they sent my application too late for me to send him the right documents. Also when I emailed my document I left a note on the email to let me know if I was missing any documents

    I went today to the Hamilton Ridge location inside of Kroger to open a savings account. Never have done business with them before. I came in at 5:40 pm to have the account open and they told me they stop opening accounts at 5:30 pm, to try back another day. I had my paperwork all filled out, all documents handy. They closed at 6 pm, I know they could've attended me. When told of the news that I wanted to open an account, I saw a lady in the back room roll her eyes and put her head down as if what news was told to her annoyed her. I worked for Wells Fargo for 4 years and Bank of OZK now for 2 years and not ONCE in my years of banking have we turned a customer down to open an account, no matter if they came in 5 minutes before closing. Extremely unprofessional and not well customer service at all.

    I came in the other day and the line was so long. I almost left but the young man sitting in the middle station just kept my attention on his smile and his nice personality with every single person that came up. When I got to him he had an Alabama cup and I asked if he was an Alabama fan and he said, well what else there. I laughed and I instantly was in a better mode. We then discovered that we both attended The University of Alabama and had accounts at the Alabama credit union. He is so amazing. DC you rock!!!!!

    Last night I went to the ATM to make a cash deposit and the ATM shut down in the middle of the transaction. It kept my money and the light turned red and it didn't do anything else. So I called customer service who had no solution and then I went to the bank as soon as they opened and was told it may take up to 5 days to have a tech come out and fix the ATM. The customer service at the call center is horrible and they were not at all helpful in trying to resolve this catastrophe. I feel like I've been robbed by my own bank. A bank should be a safe place for money but not at Delta Community Bank. Beware of the ATM and good luck getting any quality customer service from these people. They have left me with no money for the week and I have no way to put gas in my car or buy food because I was depositing the only money I had. Run far away!!!

    I recently came in to make a deposit. Everyone was super friendly and it's always a pleasure to come to this branch! My kids love getting the lollipops they have out, so our whole family looks forwards to it.

    Horrible wait time, customer service, & overall professionalism exerted by Maria, branch manager, when they didn't have a line with waiting customers nor anyone to serve. I waited over 30 minutes to not be assisted or helped with a simple notary. Instead, I experienced Maria the branch manager frown at my court documents and turn her nose up when I only wanted to have the lien cancelled in which I placed on a mechanic shop because he satisfied his debt. She said there wasn't anywhere to sign which wasn't true. I've had plenty of plain paper documents that were hand written on a blank piece of paper notarized at Navy Federal, BOA, Wells Fargo, Aaociated CU and others. She is very rude and not professional at the least to have someone sitting there when there was not any customers besides myself and one other woman who had already been serviced at the teller but I had to wait 30 mins for her to frown and turn her nose up at my service. Beyond unacceptable and rude glad this is only a shared branch and NOT MY ORIGINAL BANK RUDE RUDE RUDE. should have read the reviews to save my time but because of the closeness to my home I chose this location and the Saturday hours. If you need a shared branch drive to Buford Georgia's Own is nice, dependable and most importantly professional at all times and I've never had a problem there.
