I recently opened an account at this branch. Maria Kotlar was the young woman who assisted me. I could sense that she was not feeling very well, with either a pretty nasty cold or severe allergy attack,whatever, Maria carried on with upmost professional and patiece as my account involved a complicated issue involving a beneficiary matter which turned out to be much longer than just opening up a regular account. She took her time, never rushing me and I appreciated her excellent help despite how lousy she felt, in fact as soon as we were done, she rushed off to the doctor! Thank you, Maria!
