KeyBank Main St, Eastchester

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE BANK, RUN, DONT STOP!. Someone went to the teller and provided Fake ID , DID NOT SWIPE A BANK CARD(because I have it on me)AND THE TELLER HANDED OVER $2000 of my money. THE NIGHTMARE PART IS THAT IF YOU READ A REVIEW FROM 3YEARS AGO THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AND SOMEONE GOT ROBBED $4000!!!. THIS IS A DISGRACE THAT THIS BANK IS STILL OPEN.

I just wanted to share my experience with this bank, I had went to withdraw my money and they had ask me for all my information, they gave me my money inside a envelope and it was closed so im guessing nobody touched the money, until I had opened it and I counted it and it wasnt all my money that I came to take out. I had told the lady this wasnt all my money inside the envelope and she kept giving me attitude saying “ I put all the money there “ I even counted the money in front of her to prove that some of my money was missing and then she stepped away and came back and stated that my money “ got stuck in the machine “. I just wanted to share my experience with this bank and to let everyone know to count their money before stepping away from this bank because if i hadnt counted my money I would have never noticed half of my money was missing. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I am disappointed.

I had to write a review about this bank since it’s pretty interesting my experience with the workers here. I unfortunately had to interview twice with this company since the first manager there was fired for unknown reasons. When I went to the first interview the old manager asked me my nationality which i think was very unprofessional and racist. I guess he was trying to stereotype me for some reason. Bottom line is interviewed twice and they still gave the job to another person which I assume were white. When I’m more than qualified for this job since I worked in the financial field for years. It’s the first time I see a company not hire a person for their qualifications and only hire them for their race.

Someone walked in.. without a debit card. Showed a fake drivers license. . That the number did NOT match mine. Incorrect expiration date. . And the bank let the withdrawal $4,000.00 from my savings account!!!!! Seriously? ? I live 70 mIles from this branch . They let them have it and now I'm in Eastchester police department. . Using my vacation days to report grand larceny. Terrible branch!!

My card has been eaten by the ATM machine for a week, I need to renew the card, I do not know how to reissue
