Stay away by any means necessary these people are the worst Sandra the manager acts like a child very unprofessional i have never encountered a worse group of individuals. Very rude and sad they haven't matured with age.

Nina is rude . They failed to cut my car on after a payment and made me miss work. They say all you for your payment and are unprofessional and not a huge help. Don't get involved with these people unless it's your last resort.

Nina lacks the ability to effectively communicate, prioritize,organize and provide a level of customer service that is expected of any one dealing with the public. Nina also fails to note anything in the computer seeing that she continues to always start at square one as if she doesn't remember anything. I called to update my information and she starts to ask me about my payment. which is fine,but last time we spoke I had to send in my forms from unemployment (which I did) and then we spoke again and she stated that we had to wait to her from her manager. Today when I contacted her she still did not get anything accomplished including my updated information. which should have been the first step she took. Nina incompetent and ill mannered behavior maybe ok with your company, but as a paying customer it is not ok with me. She is extremely IGNORANT and her tone is very very nasty. I am very familiar with the collection process and understand the tough job that collection agents have, However you still have to maintain a certain level of professionalism. Nina YELLED prior to HANGING UP that she was having the car disabled, which is fine. they can come and get it! and WHERE IS THE MANAGER !

I would rate a zero but you can’t on this review. The account representative Nina has hung up on me twice since i had this account with century credit acceptance. They requested information from my unemployment which i sent to someone named Charles. Nina stated she never got them which if she didn’t should have requested the information again. She never requested this information and i would have sent it again which i did today. I wouldn’t recommend this finance company to anyone. She hung up on me because i had to raise my voice but of course I’m going raise my voice if i don’t know what’s going on with my account.

I have been struggling with this company for quite sometime as they have been ruining my credit for the past 7 months. I have been paying them faithfully (A ridiculous amount for an 09 might I add) every 2 weeks for over a year now but because of their “new system” my credit is being negatively impacted. They are interfering with my home purchase and thus my livelihood and ability to provide for my children. I have been very patient with this company only to have an overly frustrated representative give me unclear responses on how what they are doing to resolve this ongoing issue. I can promise you that this is my first and LAST time doing business with them.

This is the worst company ever. Been dealing with them for like three months and have had issues for three months my car has been wrongfully killed switched twice never was reimbursed for the first time asked to speak to management almost 3 months also .The way they handle business is the worst I've seen in my life. How are they not shut down? The workers are a joke management is a joke. Avoid them at all cost hopefully they shut down soon so no one has to deal with what I had to deal with for 3 months they are the worst people ever!!! Just terrible terrible terrible

Would not recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional management and staff. Withheld my check until I contacted the Department of Labor.

Customer for 6 yrs w 4 cars always take good care of me. The manager is great ,always sweet .. Never had a problem since I always follow the contracts that I sign for...

Nina is rude unprofessional think she’s invisible they should get rid of her
