We have been dealing with Jose Bernal for our small business for awhile now, and he has been great to work with! We send our customers who always say, thanks so much for sending me to him he made this so easy. I would recommend him to everyone!

Not impressed that I can't even walk in to speak with someone about obtaining a mortgage. Instead, I was told that they will take my contact information, and then someone will call me "possibly today or tomorrow" without giving me the name and number who was going to call me to set up an appointment to come back in, even though I was already standing there. I live more than an hour from the nearest location and just happened to be in the area.

Love this bank very good customer service representative and very nice every time I came there!!! Iam glad there my bank!!! But drive thur could improve better kinda slow when there is only one teller at the window in the morning.

I have been a member for over 20 years, checking, savings and a car loan. The service has always been stellar.

Much better than First national bank. Recently remodeled has that new smell. Agents are still learning some things everyone has been there less than a year

Why on earth would you continuously report for years that someone hasn't paid their debt when you recieved it in full years prior? You guys stay messing up someone's credit for no reason. I hope someone sues you guys for defamation of character. It happens with you guys far too often. Just outright ridiculous!

I used to love this bank. The tellers were all fast courteous knew my name. Over the past year the drive-through has gotten ridiculously slow. Very frustrating and so disappointing.

I just visited my neighborhood branch to speak to a personal banker about several topics from my account to my credit score. Josh Mischo helped me and I had probably the best customer service I have had in years. Thank you Josh for all of your help and I appreciate your professionalism and patience.

My ID was stolen on a Saturday, to which I was called immediately and notified of. When i came into this location on Monday, I was provided all the information of the state of my account, which was fine due to the early detection, and a new card reprinted. I was in and out quickly on my work break and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended!!!

Worst banking experience in my life. My husband and I applied for a loan against equity to pay for medical bills. The Banker told us he will get back to us within a day or two and sent us an email within the same day saying he already sent our information to be reviewed. Then we never heard from him for over 3 weeks. We sent him emails following up but he completely ignored us. Later on, we called the manager and she told us our loan was rejected because of insufficient credit history. We weren't upset about the rejection but we were upset about the treatment we got and how we were ignored while the status of the application was already decided. Until today the banker never had the courtesy to call us back or apologize.
