Central State Bank of Calera AL, Calera

Great bank to deal with and I’ve dealt with several banks over the years. The customer service is the best they actually have people that are willing to listen and help. I can’t say this about other banks.

I have been using this bank for 36 years. They have always treated me with respect. They are very helpful, kind, and considerate. I honestly don't think you could do any better. Thank y'all for the outstanding service you provide me as well as my entire community.

I deal with Central State from a business standpoint, and truly, they are wonderful people to deal with. We had a situation arise where we had made a mistake, and they were awesome enough to help us through the issue and were nothing but friendly the whole time. I can't recommend enough that you pay this bank a visit, and consider giving them your business.

The wait in the commercial line in drive-thru is just ridiculous, several times i had to wait 15-20 minutes for one car in front of me to move. Just slow slow slow

Compliment: This bank employs awesome people. They are kind, helpful, understanding, and just all-around good people - which makes any business worth its salt. Complaint: Wish they didn't keep "Banker's Hours," lol. I've needed them to be open on numerous (and reasonable) occasions - and they weren't.

I have used this bank for years and so have my parents. We are very pleased with our bank and would never change. The people who work there are very friendly and caring people.

My family and I love Ms Anderson who works there! She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes us feel welcome when we go in the lobby.
