When I first walked in CPB Waikiki Branch, Ms. Megumi Haley helped me open new account. She was very pleasant to deal with, explained all account features services, and answer my questions clear and concise, enter all my information, make arrangement with credit card agency and reverse mortgage dept. in timely manner. Usually opening account is time consuming procedure, and I was dreading about it, but she made everything so easy. When I had issues with check deposit and credit card application, she immediately got involved and solved the problems. I feel that I can count on her!

I went around 2010, but the Japanese employees kindly responded to me. I made an account for my study abroad life, but I didn't know how to use a check, so it was kind to me.
