Central Bank E Sunshine St, Springfield

I have been a Central Bank customer at the Sunshine and Glenstone location for many years and have always received excellent service. The entire staff has always met my every financial expectation. It was my privilege to be the very first customer in the new East Sunshine and South Blackman Road Central Bank located in my neighborhood in Southeast Springfield. Claudia Krebaum, Assistant Vice-President Banking Center Manager, impeccably dressed and professional, extended warm greetings as I entered the opulent, upscale, financial center. Two additional staff Banking Associates overtly complement this banking center. Riley and Eric, sharply dressed, exude class, character, friendliness, and concern for all of my banking needs. This is a fantastic team to serve my community. Prompt, precise and positive, the entire banking team is such a valuable contribution and blessing to me, a Proud Central Bank Customer.

My experience with Central Bank was very comfortable and Riley Huff made it such a pleasant experience. It was amazing the knowledge he has about the entire workings of the bank and the options for accounts and other things available for new customers. He was so patient as I asked a zillion questions regarding various aspects of the bank. He directed me to the vault where the safety deposit boxes were and he helped me choose one that suited my needs. Eric and Claudia were also very friendly and helped me as well. I am very pleased with having Central Bank as my new banking partner. I live less than a mile from the bank and actually watched it while being built. I will recommend Central Bank to my friends.

Extremely long wait in the drive thru teller despite being the only car there and there for a simple transaction that should have taken under 5 minutes. Misinformation and mistakes made by teller but apologies at least made for their mistake and long wait. Went there in a good mood, left in a bad mood.

The changing of our bank was such a positive experience. Riley was so helpful in helping us set up our accounts and explaining everything in detail. We’re grateful for Central Bank and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again for helping us in so many wonderful ways.
