    I do not recommend this business to anyone after receiving poor customer service from the lady teller and John O'Haro on 05-03-2022.

    This Central Bank branch is the best bank in Springfield! All the tellers are super friendly. The manager does a great job and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate their dedication to providing awesome customer service!

    There are not enough tellers at this bank and I get real tired of having to wait every time I go in. I also feel like they should take care of the people that actually come in the bank first before the ones that drive up.

    Sheri Casper was a huge help and so patient! We had five kids come in with us and she kept them all busy coloring while taking care of our banking needs! This woman can do it all! We appreciate working with her so much!

    This seriously has to be one of the worst banks I've ever been to. Not only do you have a 10 minute wait or longer in the drive thru, but the tellers are incredibly rude. I used to bank at the Central Bank in Columbia, MO and it was like a million times better.

    I don’t understand why everyone else figured out how to work with Covid but not the banks??? Figure it out guys. There is no reason why we should have to wait 30 minutes for one car to make a transaction, and in the mean time make the other kids behind the counter actually do something instead of stare at us. And another thing!!!! The phone number on google?!?!?!? It should be the phone number to the respective store..... DUH!!!!!! You guys sure know how to keep the guests frustrated.

    I just called to ask for my balance on a commercial account. The teller asks me two questions what is the amount of a recent deposit. I tell her I do not handle the deposits, I just write the checks once a month on the account. I proceed to give her 6 months of transactions. THe next question is when did you open the account? I have been a customer for many years. I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA WHEN I OPENED THE ACCOUNT. The teller then tells me that I can call back and try again. (Notice I have already waited a long time to get this call answered. I ask if she can just ask another question. Nope. Back of the line I go. Can I speak to a supervisor. Nope. None are available. I hang up and call back. This time the question is what is the check number that I will use next. That one is easy. I have the checkbook in my hand. It is a 5 digit number. I am told that I got it wrong. I have my bookkeeper pull my statement and what do you know? They have truncated my 5 digit number to 3 digits! Ask to speak to a supervisor. None available. Is there anyone at any of your branches that can talk to an upset customer? Only if they would recognize my voice over the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK! STILL ON HOLD AFTER WRITING ALL THIS!

    I have been with Central Bank and Jefferson Bank since I could open an account. Was not aware they double charge atm fees for withdrawing my money on non affiliate atms. They will not refund the extra fees. Closing all 3 of my accounts for this ridiculous matter.

    Always takes about 15 minutes to hit this drive-through regardless of time of day or traffic. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced at any branch thus far.
