CCS Title Loan Services – LoanMart Mid City S Western Ave, Los Angeles

Terrible terrible terrible place. Very rude and unprofessional. Went into get a payday and I had all my documents. I had a physical check for the first week of week and my second direct deposit for $1200. All I needed was a one week loan of $250. All my documents matched and then they told me I had to be at my job for 3 months which they didn't disclose over the phone. I also had my independent contractor agreement and she told me that I could have made those documents up. Then the lady told me they get audited and could lose their license. As I tried to explain to her how that didn't make sense and how all my documents match she continued to cut me off and I literally had to tell her to let me finish. NEVER NEVER EVER go to this place to get a payday loan. I went down the street to Ace and had no issues. I would highly recommend NEVER. going here.

Ccs is great place to get a loan. I came in looking for a payday loan and I got just that. I was met with great customer service. I also applied for a personal loan and while I was there I noticed that CCS has a variety of services ranging from bill payments, loans, check cashing, western union, dmv services and even foreign exchange. Great place to get my financial service done in one place.

I receice my benefits at CCS and it is very convinient. I never have problems and they always help and greet me eith a smile

Last Saturday I went to change my check to CCS and the client service is exceptional. I don't have a bank account and I was having trouble changing my check but Miss Diana was very nice.
