We had a good experience buying our home with Catherine. She was very responsive and helpful with my incessant questions about the process. Despite building up a foundation of trust, with ongoing phone and email correspondence. She bailed last-minute and failed to attend our final closing in person, so we never actually met her, which felt kind-of weird.
