I have loved living here. The leasing agents are always kind and willing to help. The maintenance staff is efficient and always completes requests fast. Lots of resident events to get involved. The valet trash is always a trash and super convenient!

If you are looking for an apartment, this place is run by an amazing, patient, and compassionate staff. Jordan the property manager and her assistant manager Jodie were wonderful to me. Can’t say enough good things about this property or them! A terrific north side apartment in a perfect location!

Just moved in a few weeks ago. So far we have been very impressed with the staff. They really do care, even about the details. Our apartment is great. Clean, open, lots of daylight! We also love the amenities - valet trash service and free starbucks!

An awesome apartment community, we have been serving this property for over a year now, Jordan the (PM) and hers team are awesome to work with. Castle Creek is a really nice apartment community to work and live.

I've lived in a lot of states and quite a few apartments. And Castle Creek is one of the best adult communities around. looks of fun things to do throughout the year. And the staff is super helpful and nicde.

My entire application process with Castle Creek has been professional, easy, and nice. Working with Hannah has been great. She has answered all of my questions and made applying very easy. I can't wait to start my next chapter with Castle Creek.

Don't be fooled by the manicured lawns and pretty flowers because that's where all of your rent money is going. After living here for 4 1/2 years and continuing to have deteriorating/debilitating health issues, I finally found the root cause of my illness. My apartment had high levels of toxic black mold in the locked HVAC closet. Since only maintenance is allowed into this closet, I had no clue. When I found out about the mold, they wouldn't let me do anymore testing because they knew the truth. They also wouldn't allow me to transfer to another unit because they said I was "too much of a liability". Their exact words. How am I a liability when it's not my fault my apartment had mold? I spent over $35,000 in medical bills trying to get to the bottom of my health issues that were caused by the mold. Not only did I have to move, I had to get rid of almost all of my belongings because they were contaminated with mold mycotoxins. Jordan, the property manager, treated me as though I weren't even a human being and her solution was to vacuum behind all of the appliances in my kitchen. If anyone does a simple Google search on toxic mold, you'll know that it has to be professionally remediated and Jordan of all people should know this as she manages an apartment complex. I've never felt so disrespected in my life for a situation that wasn't my fault. My renters insurance wouldn't cover my loss of my property so not only did I have to move out and get rid of all my stuff, I didn't get any money back for my loss of property. Beyond the horrific mold issue, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors cellphones when they were on vibrate. They also recently had multiple residents tires stolen right off of their cars in the middle of the night. It's not a safe complex and there are absolutely no safety measures in place. Please save yourself the time, deterioration in your health and extreme financial strain of getting sick in a moldy apartment. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the hell that I did.

Visit my brother weekly here- it’s always quiet and clean. If I take their dog out I don’t have to worry that others haven’t picked up after themselves. Clean grounds and quiet area. If it wasn’t 50 minutes away we’d consider moving! Great location too- right by 465, shopping, and eating. My favorite reason for visiting is Dave and Busters ;)

This apartment complex is in a great location if you like having access to a variety of stores and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and I had a hard time deciding between the floor plans because they were all great options.

Had a horrible experience and never got my deposit back.
