I'll be back again soon for more financing! I have my eyes on this amazing rainbow water filtration system...

This company is the worst, the agent name John Marshall and Ms. Montana are very unprofessional on the phone. If you have to deal with this company make sure you get a lawyer. I will never deal with them ever again the entire staff is rude and disgusting. They all need training in customer servics. I hope everyone reports them

I would not recommend this company. I actually loved my rainbow but our house caught on fire and our rainbow was destroyed. They're still making us pay in full, not even replacing it, or giving us any other option but to pay. It's basically a waste of money now!

This company lien on my home title stating that I have a home improvement loan, when it’s just a water system, in the contract doesn’t say anything about it. People before get into this bank you should think twice, poor customer service and you will end up paying triple. This was my biggest mistake. I realized about this till I was refinancing my home.

Shady business practices! My loan was paid off 18 months ago and they never removed the lien from my title. They said it's the borrowers responsibility to call and request it be removed - are you kidding? They had no problem putting it in place as soon as possible and now want to take their time removing it!

This company does NOT deserve any stars. The customer service department is beyond terrible. They are completely unprofessional, and I am sorry for anyone that has to deal with them. I have never had such an awful experience with a company before. On more than one occasion, I may add. This is the first negative review I have ever written, if that tells you anything.

Ms Lucero is the lady that sold me the AC unit and had this company finance it for me. But Ms. Lucero ran my check with several financing companies without my authorization, also one of the rooms was not cooling properly and was charged an additional $350 and not only that I referred her to my uncle and the workers stole items from his old ac unit.

Update: July 15, 2020: I use this often, and I can always tell of the change in the air and being more clean and refreshed. The only thing I can say that I don’t like and becomes annoying, is that the vacuum bare/hardwood floor head does not stay in place all the time. There’s grooves for the handle piece to keep it in place, but it’s not enough, and every time I try to use it or turn it, it would move outside of the grooves and overturn the head piece. And it’s not super loud, for what it does, it can seem loud, but it’s mostly loud when you take off the front piece to draw more air flow into the Hyla. Prior Review: So far all has been going well. No complaints yet, or hopefully. My monthly bill comes out automatically the same and once a month. I haven’t spoken with them too often, but when I did it went well. I always pay attention to detail, and what a lot of others have to say I’ll be keeping in mind and praying none of that happens to me or future clients with them. Thanks for your services though and I appreciate it.

The customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. I felt like I was getting harassed and bullied. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident and off work for over 6 months unable to walk and they would not take that into consideration. I will finish my business with this company and never ever do business with them again.
