Castle Check Cashing Crosby Ave, Bronx

The girls in Castle are great, especially Raquel. I have never had a problem, they are very helpful and polite. This establishment has rules and regulations they have to follow and I have been going there for 10 years and never had a bad experience .

They say they open at 8, but it’s 845 and the teller just got in and now we have to wait extra time in the cold until her systems are up and running. Geez... but I see her inside just sitting at her desk, not doing much meanwhile there’s a line outside... by the way, did I mention it’s cold? And the inside, crazy.... dirty, smelly, parts of the ceiling is missing...

Not open when they are supposed be. Rude especially when I worked for MSG across the street years ago. Clerk told I never cashed any checks there, like if my social security or address changed it something.

This place SUCKS. Rude employees who do not help or explain why they cant cash a check or do a wire transfer. I dont know why they are even open. I have lived in this area for years! First time inside and my last.

This place is so terrible, they are so slow in service and it’s so disgusting inside. and has had a nauseating egg smell for months. BEWARE MAY BE GAS
