My first time here and she made me feel so welcome Amazing customer service skill I love it already Great job guys

Do not recommend. The evening staff was very nice but the whole process was not fully explained and when asking for explaination from the day staff, was not given answers that made much sense. Had to go back and re-sign paperwork to be told I needed another form of ID. Was very confused as I provided my state issued driver's license and social security card. The fact that they asked for additional ID actually has me concerned and planning on having my credit report reviewed. This place may work for someone else but doesn't work for me and I had received multiple marketing flyers from them and only went in because of them. Should have stuck with my gut and kept ignoring them as I don't like wasting my gas nor my lunch break to be told to provide more confirmation of who I am.

Manuel helped my dad throughout the whole process. We had gotten denied from our bank. We came to the store thinking that we were gonna get denied. I was wrong. Manuel is amazing, his customer service is A1. We got approved within minutes. His professionalism is something you really don’t except from this store; as previously the manager and staff were horrible and unprofessional. I just wish that the cash store would hire more people like him. He really cared for us, and it showed.

The new Manager Jackie hands down has turned this store around completely, With great customer service and knowledge of her job with all the questions I had to ask. They always greet me when i walk in and Mercedes and the other lady are amazing in what they do and always seem to get me to refinance for the best of me. I recommend this store if your in the area or even surrounding areas , they will get it done and wont run you in a circle with whatever questions you may have and always have the best candy selection might I add.

An associate by the name of Julio basically misinformed me about steps and measures to verify my bank account had me walk to Staples for copies of what he directly requested from me, and when I arrived back to the store location I was given totally different information and made aware of information that was not disclosed to me by that associate. I was even basically called a lkar to my face by the store manager in order to attempt to cover for the named associate. I would not recommend the 3 hour wait and unprofessional interaction as well as terrible service.

Manuel was really nice and professional. His service is fast and efficient. I’m thankful for his time today.

I was told by two different employees that drafting from my account was not possible. The only way to pay was to come in person. When I did not make it by close of business on my due date they drafted from my account. Of course it did not go thru, I had taken the money out to come in person. I have no problem paying what I owe but when you are given incorrect information it’s hard to make adequate arrangements. I was not contacted by The Cash Store to make arrangements to clear the matter up at all. They immediately sent my account to collections. I have used them for years but sadly this will be my last time.

I applied twice and both times denied they got my banking information and refused to give it back or shred it and I called to speak with a manger the number they give you and the lady on the phone told me her manager was busy and she was going to tell me the same information she told me, she refused to let me speak with her. after 10 minutes she connected me to a voicemail and never got a return call and its been over 2 weeks

Good customer service from representative sandra very helpful...everything was done quickly
