They were knowledgable, patient and took the necessary time to explain exactly what was needed for underwriting and helped me understand how to present my complicated income information to the underwriters. I felt well guided, taken care of and never felt like my file was a burden to the team. Other lenders may have gotten frustrated or given up on a self employed borrower like myself but Danny and his team were creative and went the extra mile to make sure I had a successful and smooth lending experience.
