Cash Plus Pawn Rufe Snow Dr, North Richland Hills

I have used this place for 3 years now. Pawned many guns and ammo. I have also purchased many things from this store as well. I saw one review say that they do not do exchanges or refund if item is not working and thats a lie. I bought a Samsung s6 and had it 3 days before i took it back and they took it back , full refund without question. Everything else that i had bought there has worked great and properly. One controller that came with an Xbox 1 did not work and the swapped it out for me. They have a great layaway system thats great for ppl who are tight on cash. They have good customer service. The managers are great! Chris and Robert and Joe are always super helpful and just really laid back guys. Theres a lady with black hair that works there (forget her name) but she is great as well. They notice repeat customers and have worked with me when i needed. This is THE ONLY PAWN SHOP I GO TO. Tons of tools, tvs, etc. Always fully stocked so its cool that when i go looking for something, i know they will usually have it or something similar.

Great people. Friendly staff, got me out of a tight spot when I need the help most.

If I could give zero stars for this place, I would but I'm not given that option, so i am having to click 1 star and this is why. My boyfriend and I found a gun for sale there and we were doing a layaway plan with them. 65 dollars later they pulled it without a warning or a call and they sold it to another and we lost out on the money we had already paid and the gun too. Will never do business here. We didn't pawn anything, we just trying to purchase t hi is gun. I do not recommend this shady place!

Excellent customer service associates. Very clean and well maintained store. Was selling my roku, because I no longer need it. Was very satisfied with the price I was offered. Exceeded my expectations.

Worst pawn i been to! Either say they won't take it or try and a %800 profit. Been there a few times just to a get a kick before sold something. Go to the one across the street

I have now purchased three items from this store. They tell you right up front that there are no refunds unless the item does not work. They give you plenty of time to test and make sure item functions properly. In spite of this, I did have one item that did not function 100% when i got it home. I took it back, not wanting a refund, happy to exchange for another model. They very politely checked, determined what I said was correct, looked for a replacement and could not find one. They gave me a refund with no hassle. You cannot ask for more than that. They are not Walmart with a policy to take anything back no matter what. But neither are Craig's list, eBay, or your local garage sale. Do your due diligence before you leave store and you can get some very good items at very good prices.

I just wanted to say that the guys at cash plus pawn are really cool and helpful. I have pawned my pool cues there about 3 times and they gave me a fair price and helped me out when I was in a bind. Albert or Alberto is really professional. They didn't try to haggle with me on what my cues were worth. Thanks again. Definitely will be back when I need some cash.

I purchased an item from these folks last week on E-Bay. It arrived in a timely manner, VERY well packaged and in the condition advertised. Questions I had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction by a gentleman named Christian. I am extremely pleased with this transaction and will not hesitate to conduct business with them again. Highly recommended!

Worst people I've ever dealt with! I HIGHLY suggest you don't give them your business. I took in a 7 month old wedding gown covered top to bottom with pearls, gorgeous trane and in immaculate condition. I paid $700 brand new and all they were willing to give was $10 and the people are extremely rude and unprofessional.

What's the point in buying from a pawn shop if they mark up over retail. Visited here and tried to buy a Hi-point 9mm. They had it marked at $219. You can buy the same pistol for $143 with a case. I paid $180 for my Hi-point. 45 at Academy. So why should I, the consumer, pay over retail to buy from a pawn shop? Helpful?
