This is a horrible place!! The girls they have working here look like they hate their job and provide zero customer service. They don’t acknowledge you nor even make eye contact with you while they are helping you! Like I said this is a horrible place I only come here for a money order something so simple and quick takes forever!!! There’s either 2-3 girls working and only one is helping customers the rest act like they are busy! This place needs better/new employees.

I wish I would have gotten the womans name that helped me out today. The experience was TOP NOTCH. I really appreciate CASH 1 helping me today, THANK YOU and I highly recommend this place

This so called "customer service" place told me to come back on payday for a loan! Why the hell would I do that?? I've been a customer for over 2 years and they have never had an issue getting the money back Ever! How you gonna tell me my payday doesn't fall in line with your loan calendar. That's why it's a loan. I have had trouble with this company lately. I guess they are too good for my business. I won't be a customer where I'm not wanted. Period!

Went to Cash1 yesterday on Auburn Blvd. Had read bad reviews of customer service and expected the worst but actually the contrary its was a nice and helpful staff. I cannot say enough good things about them. Especially since one employee has only been the three days. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a good experience. Thanks again.

Maybe it's because fraud is rampant lately, but the hoops one has to jump through when applying for a payday loan are a bit on the ridiculous side. Firstly, if one doesn't have a blank check (I have paperless transactions and account statements), you have to bring a recent bank statement that shows deposits from your employer. If the bank statement was printed out from a computer, they then want you to contact your bank via phone and have the bank representative speak to the cash loan agent to prove the validity of your bank account. This process, combined with the regular paperwork you have to fill out can last in upwards of 30 minutes, depending on how fast you can contact a real person over the phone in your bank. The customer service here is hit-or-miss, as sometimes they seem unwilling to work with you on when you can physically return to pay back the loan in cash; other times, they're simply fine with depositing the check you signed.

STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks.. I went in for a $600 money order to pay my rent and ended up paying rent with my card. I no longer needed the money order so I took back to get my money back and was told they could not verify it that it didn't even come from they're store.. I've spent almost a month on the phone with community financial and met personally with the director and nobody has done a thing to resplre this matter.. please do not give this place your business..

Horrible customer service. Employees should learn to accommodate properly and acknowledge customers and say I will be with you shortly rather then ignoring. Personally i don't care how long I wait as long as they let me know they will be with me shortly. I hate this place.

Domt come hereWorst customer service from the manager 4 pm I've seen told me to get my documents and has all my info btw I hope she does not steal my info but she left a detail out wasted about 30 mins of my time and did not specify detail I walked out without the loan but never gave my paper with information on it bank stuff and social info

AWFUL NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM THE CORPORATE OFFICE HAS THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THEY THREATEN YOU AND STALK YOU TO NO END NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP OR WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS WHICH IS THE REASON YOU CAME TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. I TRUELY WONDER IF THEY FEEL LIKE THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY TO GO ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. TRY BEING NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS I BET YOUR RETURN RATE WOULD BE A LOT HIGHER.
