I’m so very disappointed! I purchased a Kia Niro 2017 not even a month ago. Almost two weeks of having it, it completely shuts down on me while I’m in cloudcroft, NM. I had to have it towed from there to the dealership service center. Since it’s Saturday afternoon the service center is closed and can’t do anything until Monday. The manger reassures us that towing and the expenses would be reimbursed. Monday comes and was told it was towed to Kia service center as they’re the only ones who can see what’s wrong. Tuesday nothing. Wednesday nothing. Thursday-Saturday morning nothing. I go to the dealership where I purchased the car and was told it won’t be looked at till Monday as Kia is short staffed! And that I won’t be reimbursed because they don’t do that. I ask for the service manager they’ve been “talking” to at Kia and they don’t know! Really?! So I drive out to Kia service center and while I’m driving out there I call to see if they even have my car. Was told I’d get a call back. I get there and my car is parked in service center parking. I ask for a manager, told him everything that was going on and surprise surprise they didn’t even have any contact information for the owners and that it was just dropped off with only that it wasn’t working. Have been trying to reach the used car manager Tony Lucas at Casa and all I can do is leave a message. I spoke with GM Alfred and he tells me I should speak to Tony as he’s the used car manager and “I wouldn’t worry the car has a 5 year warranty”. It’s been a week and a half and have not been contacted by anyone! So very unprofessional that the customer has to be the one calling to see what’s going on and still no answers! I know if this was an extremely expensive car they’d be singing a different tune, but I take pride in everything that I own regardless of the cost! I would never send anyone here if this is how you’re gonna treat your customers. Definitely reporting to BBB!

Jose was my service advisor and Damien was my technician. They took care of my 14 year old car as if it were brand new and theirs!! I would definitely go back and work with them at Casa Ford Lincoln!!

I had a great experience with Casa Ford. I took them my 59k F150 for a simple tire repair. I live on the east side and have always taken my truck to get serviced at Shamaley Ford and even Viva a few times but never Casa. Wish I could have sooner! So about 2 weeks before I took it to Casa I visited Shamaley for a simple oil change. They told me that I needed a transmission service and a coolant service on top of my already done oil change and it was going to be around $400. I said I'd get it done next time and I would have if it wasn't for what CASA found during a simple tire patch. The service Technician Damain Ruiz who got my car Found a coolant leak coming from my water pump. They service adviser Ivan told me that my warranty was on 1 month away from expiring and that I'm covered. The Technician Damian clearly showed me that the pump had been leaking for some time and explained to me in detail what he was going to replace. I told him that Shamaley had said I was due for a coolant service, how did they not see the leak if they clearly checked my cooling system?? He told me that even though Ford states that it's not due till 150k it's always in my favor to get something as simple as a flush to prevent damage to my engine and cooling system but that since he's replacing my water pump that I'll get that service included. So I didn't pay anything and they had my truck was done that same day. Great Dealership and very humble people. I'm definitely going to be taking my truck to them from now on!

Sales person that assisted customer has to have training in listening to customers concerns of vehicle purchased with out arguing and insinuating they are lying. In my case I was given a different truck at time of delivery with out the equipment that had been purchased with and then told I had been told otherwise that it would be installed later. After arguing with sales person, he finally realized he had made a mistake, and apologized. Need to, "LISTEN" before forgetting it was a large sale he had just made and representing a reputable dealership.

Came in expecting the same treatment you’d get from other dealerships, having my time wasted. Spoke with Kevyn, and actually enjoyed my time! We wasted no time, found the perfect car for me and my family, and I’ll be back to buy again! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a better dealership

We have bought two vehicles from this dealership and are somewhat happy with them. As for the service department. Well that’s a different story. It seems to get worse and worse each time I have gone in. I had a 9am service appointment and the person I was suppose to meet with did not acknowledge I was there till about 930. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and waited over an hour and a half. They seem to do things that suit them the bast and always have, they sad thing about it is the Ford dealerships are all bad. I still have a passenger side door that has been messed up since the day I bought and have taken it in for the door but still has not been fixed. Maybe since Ford is slashing some of the vehicles they are building maybe the trucks will be a little better quality
