Wholesale lending! Who knew...Gabe and Eddie are two of the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable businessmen I have had the pleasure of meeting. My wife and I feel very lucky to have run into these gentlemen as they have changed our lives for the better. We were first-time homebuyers and although we have spoken to many lenders and agents, we never really felt comfortable until we worked with Gabe and Eddie. Gabe was so extremely patient with us, at times I felt sorry that I was asking so many questions. Even after reading so much on the subject of realty and lending, there are always so many uncertainties...well, not with Gabe! He encouraged the questions and even used visuals and spreadsheets (I am a very visual person) to make us understand. Just to sum up: If you want to work with someone to help you with financing or buying or selling a home, go with Gabe and Eddie at Carbarr Funding - you will not regret it! *I have only written about ten reviews in my life, half of them 0 stars the other half excellent - it is my pleasure to rate Carbarr Funding a five - i'd give it a ten if i could.
