Capital One Bank Largo Center Dr, Largo

I was sitting in my car reporting a fraudulent claim on the phone when I watched a man pull into the parking lot, sat in his car for about 10 minutes waiting for the area to clear. He then walked to the atm, hooked something to the machine and stood looking around for about 7 minutes. He then recuperated whatever item he had placed on the atm and got back into his car. Beware of this fraudulent atm. This is probably how my card information got stolen

Stopped by the Capital One bank in Largo Md today 05/24/2021) to pick up a cashiers check and though there was no line at 9:15am, why should it take 40 minutes to withdraw My Money in the form of a cashiers check. First cashier passed me off to another cashier after about 30 minutes and second cashier asked me the same questions and requested the same info as the first cashier. Highly unlikely that I will bank at this location again :-(

I was waiting in line to use the ATM. The other one was down and the only one working took someone's card. We all tried to seek help within the bank and they REFUSED to open their doors. Even during their business hours? The doors were locked WITH employees within. Someone knocked on their window and they still did not come to the door. Finally after 10 minutes an employee yelled call customer service and disappeared. Do not come to this branch.

Every time I go to through the drive through ATM and deposit money in, they never give me back my bank card or money! My money that I put in my account is not even there! And I have no card. It's happened twice. I don't know what goin on but they need to fix it

Last summer I visited this location to have a sit down with a rep to try to figure out why I wasn't able to link my Capital one checking to my Navy Fed account. The representative was very rude and unprofessional and had very little solutions or answers for my issues. She was so dismissive and critical that I literally got up and immediately walked across the street to Wells Fargo and opened a new account. I was greeted with a smile from a very professional young lady at Wells Fargo. They seem to know how to treat people when dealing with money matters. If you dont want to be treated like your in the way or like your somebody's problem then don't come to this location. Go to Waldorf. I haven't been back since this happened and I live 2 miles away.

I had a great experience with my mom.Their was an amazing worker name Jeniffer.She was so nice and the way she interacts with you is amazing.

I was fraudulently charged $503 on April 15, 2016. I do not have an account with them. No business or connection whatsoever. What is going on here? It came from: CAPITAL ONE 1040 LARGO CENTER DR LARGO MD

Horrible customer service! Was waiting over an hour just to withdraw money from my checking. Wont be back!!

Worst capital one bank....employee took long time to take care customer and talking between them...worst Ever
