Literally a trash bank now. Drove 15 minutes out of my way (because they closed all the close by stores) to deposit a check. They wouldn't accept it because it has my company name on it WITH my name. "Do you have a business account with us?" No, do you have my life savings though, Yes? Banking here for over 7 years, closing my account asap. Don't bank here, trash company now.

I wanted to speak to a banker (the bank was a little busy) sat on the side seats and I came around 25 min ago and no one, not a single person asked me what I wanted. So, It's 4:54 and I am leaving

I have a business account. Sadly, they lack any decent customer service. They won't take a deposit into my account without a driver's license! Seriously? An employee can't make deposits? They also have an incredibly low limit for mobile deposits and absolutely no banks to choose from! How do you propose your customers make deposits?

If I could put zero stars I would. This branch needs to be permanently closed. They are never open and hide in the back of the bank during regular business hours. They tell you to go thru the drive thru when the lobby is closed. I was rushed thru the drive thru by Glenda and couldn’t get the same help as I would inside of the bank. She very condescendingly told me to call customer service and told me in a “matter of factly” tone that her name was at the bottom of my receipt. Disgusted

it was my mistake I didn't the reviews before I went to the bank. it is the worst bank, I asked the guy working there (Johnathan) to give new 100 bills he told me they don't have new 100 bills. This is insane, I'm planning to close my account.

We were a customer for years before we realized that Capital One has been double billing us for Merchant Services. They opened new accounts but did not close down the old ones. Every time we have contacted Capital One about the billing it was explained away as part of an additional service or part of the other account. We have steadily attempted to contact someone in merchant services for 10 months now and get the run around or another phone number or a phone number of a department that cannot handle the situation. Don't let them in your wallet they will just double fee you.

I had to come in the bank lobby due to a problem with my credit card. As a first time user, I really wasn’t sure about much regarding the credit card. The first time I went in there, the lady was rude and not helpful. All she did was explain to me what each term means. I went back out to my car, called a friend for help, was advised to go back and ask more questions. Come to find out, the same lady now thinks I should talk to a credit card specialist. Don’t know why that wasn’t mentioned the first time!!!! So frustrating. The second time I went in, I stood there at the counter while she talked to another employee and paid me no mind at all. She seemed completely uninterested and when I clarified the issue she responded with “Yeah that’s what I said.” So unprofessional. Will be going to a different bank from now on. I would hate to run into her again.

I used to love this bank but recently I think they have made changes that are not convenient. I came in because I wanted to replace my card and was awkwardly told to sign in, which I did. Went and sat next to the door because the sitting area that was there before changed to tiny tables and chairs. Someone later approached me to help, she came with a laptop and a tablet, and I was hoping she would go somewhere alittle bit private since I was right next to the door. But she ended up sitting right next to the door with me, while going through my personal bank information. I got uncomfortable and asked her if we could move somewhere more private, she agreed and we moved to a corner. After finishing the process I asked if I could get a temporary card, I was told that I could only get my card in the mail and it might take 7 business day. I’m not sure why they removed the option of getting a temporary card, but it is very frustrating because the only thing you can do is manually withdraw money. Also l wish they would do the process in the office not right by the door.

One of the worst locations in Dallas area. It’s been u set construction for months, large sign on door says “yes we are open, come on in” when you walk up to the door a smaller sign says we are only serving drive through. The “bankers” will not help you with banking needs in the bank, you must do it online. Horrible bank for business.
