The reviews I read are all wrong. Dumb people who cannot even spell should not be taken seriously. This bank has an ATM and real, live tellers inside. I am very happy with the service and online banking from Capital One. You can deposit cash or checks if you are at the ATM. Wow, some people can hurt the banks reviews because they don't understand technology.

Glad I read the reviews and didn't waste my time going here to withdraw money since it's only an ATM. Update your google listing!

It is an ATM only. The actual bank with tellers closed around 2016.

My name is Aaron Samuel and my family and I have been victims of a scam involving a fraudulent check. I deposited this check not knowing that is was fraudulent at the time. I received a phone call from someone claiming to work for capital one bank. He explained the situation to me and said that the account on question would be placed on pause or hold until the investigation was complete. A couple of days later the account was available again but still showed the check as a positive amount in the account. Now these days I know times are tough for most. I believe for most of my life I've had to live pay check to pay check and have and always will put my family before anything else. So knowing what I was told and seeing the deposited check in our account as available, along with the never ending bills piling up on my wife and I, we withdrew the money to take care of our pressing responsibilities. I made this decision partly on the fact that I assumed the investigation was complete and also if it wasn't then it would be corrected with my tax refund and the ppp loan I also had coming. Together equalling around $8,000. This seemed to be an easy enough situation. However instead we have been treated as if we are the scammers and our relationship with capital one has been terminated, my ppp loan has been frozen and our refund has been delayed. Capital one alone has caused us more hardship than covid 19 has so far. I have not been contacted even once by anyone from the bank. I feel defeated . My mother's funeral was on March 5th and was hard enough to deal to have to be treated so badly by people who don't care enough to provide an explanation. The teller at one branch in Tyler, tx called me a liar and said that the ppp loans don't cover. I'm not responsible and refuse to live this situation do to simple ignorance . This situation needs to be resolved as soon as yesterday. I am willing to gain counseling and representation on this matter if needed. The firm roberts and roberts had had a great relationship with my mother before she past and they are shocked by this situation. Please respond as soon as possible.

Atm only, but you can deposit checks and cash!

Why have this listed as a bank when you can't even deposit money. Its literally a big building that's only purpose is so you can use the ATM. Waste of time.

Would have been nice to know ahead of time that thus was an ATM only before driving all the way across town.
