This is my favorite bank in Tyler, Texas! The loan officers and customer service personnel on site are equally friendly and easy to work with. The level of service we have received with them - for both personal and commercial business - over the years has been superb.

This bank (or any other bank for that matter) that closes on Saturday is a big inconvenience to me and possibly other people that want to cash their check. If this bank could open on Saturday's, I would actually like it but until then, I very much dislike having to deal with them.

Great bank, friendly tellers, I just wish I could deposit a check on line.
