So capital one is busy closing locations and they can’t have working ATMs that is accessible while the bank is closed. Even they don't have sufficient balance no funds in ATM. They have one that is constantly out of service or unable to withdraw funds. How are people suppose to access their cash while the bank is closed!????

The ATM outside don’t accept cash deposit makes it frustrating with the bank inside is closed.

Closing my account! After they closed several ATM/branch locations, not only do I have to drive 15 minutes to both locations in either direction of me, when I get there, I can rarely make cash deposits because the ATM is full. I don't understand the logistics of this. Either replace the locations you removed to fix this issue or adjust the capacity your ATMs can accept for cash!! When I called, I was told they are moving more into online banking. I work in a predominantly cash business so if I can not deposit my money with Capital One, I will find a bank where I can. Terrible!!

The ATM at Bergen Ave. is out of service too often. The bank manager should pay more attention to it. It shouldn't be that often.

Health SAFETY WARNING!!! I had a very scary experience. The bank was crowded with approximately 30 - 35 people. Security made sure everyone was 6 feet apart, but did not enforce people to wear a mask. Five people including the man standing behind me had their masks pulled down to their chin. I was nervous the whole time, but didn’t mention anything until I saw a man who was wearing a mask on his chin sneeze. I reported it to Marilyn González, Market Manager and she said she can not make anyone wear a mask in the state of New Jersey. I asked her, “So if someone sneezes , you expect me to walk into his air space of sneeze droplets?” She replied, “You can use the ATM if you don’t feel safe on the line.” I replied, “My account doesn’t have an ATM card, so I can’t make a deposit.” She yelled, “That’s a lie because all of our accounts have ATM cards!” I cannot believe the disrespect!!!! I repeated, I said my account doesn’t have an ATM card so I can’t use the ATM.” I have been a loyal customer for 25+ years and this is how I got treated. I asked the teller if it was true that customers aren’t required to wear a mask and the teller looked surprised. She asked, “ Who said that?” I replied, “The lady that is queuing the line.” She stated, “Everyone HAS to wear a mask in this branch.” Before I left the bank, I asked Marilyn Gonzalez for her name and she handed me her card. I asked the security guard if he was making sure everyone was wearing a mask and he said he DOESN’t have to do that and yelled, “If you have a problem with the bank, don’t come back. I asked him for his name and he said his name is D. I asked him to spell it and he said, “D...Exactly how it sounds. “ I replied, “You must be afraid that you’re doing something wrong for you not to give me your name.” He replied, “DeShawn Williams, you have my name now so have a nice day ...you can go now and don’t come back.” I am following up with the bank about the disrespect from their employees and with the Health Inspectors about whether or not masks are mandatory.

It was funny. I went to this bank the other day and the line was long but not too long. Nobody wanted to get helped by this specific teller. It was funny everyone before me were like “I’ll wait the next can go” when I got to her window I noticed why they were all avoiding her. Jjjj she had a very rude attitude and was not friendly at all. Lesson learned wait in line.

Michelle (the teller) is really rude. I was waiting on line, and then when I asked her something she was really rude, and doesn’t have any patience. I don’t really recommend coming here; before, they used to have nice tellers but, now I feel like some of the tellers are not friendly or helpful.
