I recommend you stay away from this location at all cost. The staff and so called management are dishonest, rude, and lie to you about what they are doing. I had to reopen my checking account and obtain a new debit card, and was told that it would take up to four weeks to issue me a new card. Nearly a month later, I began to wonder if I'd ever receive my card at all, so I called Customer Service and was told that was ridiculous. Normally a card shipped via USPS may take a week to ten day, but not month. I was issued a replacement card that only took three days to arrive. In addition, in order to pay my auto-pay bills, which had been stopped, I was told that the purchase of certified checks would cost $10 each. Ten dollars to access my own money, while they setup a new account, hell no. Customer service recommended speaking to the Branch Manager regarding waving this charge. When I asked to speak with the BM at this location, I was told that the position doesn't exist. in addition she couldn't point me to the person in charge of this staff. Never, have I seen such gross incompetence, rudeness, and disregard for customer care in my life. Capital One Bank IMHO is pathetic. Take you money business elsewhere.

When it comes to customer service, they're not so great because when I called them to let them know that someone use my card and what they did was tell me that I can no longer be with them. But when my friend had the same issue they didn't kick my friend out instead they told my friend that they'll send a new card so that no one can you the card again. In short I wasn't given the same treatment like other customers.

Unprofessional staff. I came in to talk about opening up accounts and applying for a credit card. The lady didn’t even sit down with me, she made me talk about my situation on the main floor in front of everybody. She had no idea I was ready to unload lots of money with this bank and do multiple strategies with you guys. She just talked loudly about my situation and didn’t do anything to come up with strategies. Indian lady.

I came here on a Saturday to make a withdrawal from my checking account. The sign on the door, and online indicated that they would be open at 9am. 9am came and went, and there was a group of about six customers waiting around for someone to open the place up. After about fifteen minutes I gave up. I had another appointment that I could not miss. I think that it's probably time for this bank to stop using covid as an excuse to reduce hours, and even not show up to open the branch when they are supposed to. I have had an account with the bank for years, and I wouldn't consider switching, because I fear that it's probably the same situation with other Banks as well. Since I have had a good experience most other times that I've come to this branch. I didn't want to complain that much or give them a terrible rating. Still though, I think they they could do a better job with the hours and get back into the game of convenient banking.

Worst customer service inconsiderate. You people kept turning my Dad away twice when he was told to come there in person and to bring my brother to verify his check 2x already but you still keep telling him to call the customer service again! I wish I could give you 0 star. My father has an underlying conditions. All this back and forth you're doing is so frustrating. Release his check if you cannot do anything to help my father at all. It's pandemic people are trying to stay home!!!!!

I opened an account today and I am thankful that I asked to go into a room to do it because it took a little longer than the five minutes as advertised. Apparently, Capital One had an old address from a past account that I opened for my children, so the bank representative, Caroline, was able to make the correction and assist me in updating my information. As for the staffing concerns, I was there at 10 am and there were five people behind the counter and another two people meeting with customers on the floor. Perhaps management took to heart the comments made regarding the shortage of staff so customers don't have to wait too long.

I am a longtime customer of this bank. I first called in September to report some odd accounts on my ATM screen when I use my card. The representative did not help me and said to take a photo of the screen and go into a branch. I went here and had to wait as other people were seen before me. When I got to talk to someone, at first he didn't believe there was anything seriously wrong with my account. Then after looking at the ATM screen, he realized those were some other accounts on my screen. So he took my card and said a new one would be mailed. I was without a card for more than a week. I got the new card, and the same wrong accounts appear on my screen when I use it at an ATM. It's been more than a month with no changes. I'm looking into other banks.

They are the busiest bank in the area and only ever have 2 tellers working. = you will wait A completely unreasonable amount of time just to do a basic deposit. Their budget cuts are your fault, because you should know to bank elsewhere. You heard it here first! They are too cheap to have 4 tellers on during peak times. Save your time- don’t waste a minute in this bank. Go anywhere else! I just found out they’ve been charging me 8.99 a month for 4 YEARS for a checking account that was supposed to be free. Run!

I regret opening an account here due to the simple fact the man, whos desk is the first one on the right, is rude. He was laughin in my face and then apologizing saying it was because of his new coworker. Its like who cares ... dont laugh in my face you rude boy.
