    Im only giving this branch an extra star because of their employee Chaminda. Chaminda deserves 5 stars but the branch itself deserves 1 star. The wait times are ridiculous and although the ones who stand around with their ipads ask the customers what they need; you rarely hear them apologize for the wait or say, "someone will be with you shortly". Also, unlike the branch manager, the other asian female teller, the african woman, and the dark haired man with the pony tail; Chaminda has made my visits to this branch very pleasant. The others ignore ME! Chaminda ALWAYS greets me with a wave or says, "hello" and he ends with have a nice day. He knows how to treat a customer. The others have NEVER spoken to me when I enter this bank but I've heard them speak to their regular customers or other people of color who come in directly behind me. Im not saying they are racist but it certainly bothers me and makes my experience a not so pleasant one. It appears Chaminda understands the true meaning of customer service as he is very professional while displaying a positive attitude. Greeting ALL customers is a huge part of customer service if you work directly with people. I always hope that when I visit this branch, Chaminda will service me. Chaminda, I hope this review is shared with you, please keep up the good work. I hope the reader will find this review helpful and if the manger or a member of corporate reads this, please discuss my issue at the next branch meeting. Thank you!

    I wasn't given the same treatment like other customers because when someone got hold of my card, they told me that I can no longer be a customer and that was just so unfair because when my friend had the same issue they told my friend that they'll send a new card. So yeah different treatment from me.

    Service has steadily declined since I first visited this location in 2019 and I will be sure not to return to this branch. Probably fine for basic needs but would not recommend for business banking or anything requiring attention to detail.

    Set up an appointment with them over 2 weeks ago, and they sent multiple emails saying I needed “2 valid forms of identification”. I came in with 2 copies of my birth certificate and my social security card, but they refused to serve me without a photo id despite their website and emails not saying that I need a photo id to create an account with them. The person I spoke with (jimmy) was no help at all as he kept dancing around my questions on why it was never mentioned that I needed a photo id, and the manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Worst customer service of my life.

    Wait time is beyond, out of 3-4 employees in the teller line , only one is assisting costumers. Please fix this !!! Online shows the bank is temporarily closed but it's open.

    Indoor closes at 3 and the outdoor card reader has been broken for years so usually you have to use the drive thtough atms, and only one of them work so there is usually a line. Inconvenient location you would spend the same amount of time driving to a different bank then just trying to use the atm at this one.

    The representative Wen is the worst! She didn’t even bother to hear what we had to say but just ignored us after saying they can’t take anybody without an appointment. It was her manager who told us to go here so another banker could help us, not her. Luckily, we weren’t the only clients that she got angry. She should get a warning or get fired if she doesn’t change that nasty attitude of hers.

    Tuesday morning around 11:15AM, 8 people on line and there is only one clerk on other side of thick glasses. It was good 20 minutes wait to make a simple deposit with some money withdraw. A guy name Victor who looks like a loan officer was just standing there hopelessly then he walked into his office and closed glass door. Bankers already started to cut the employees at the branch................ I am sure whole lot more cuts are coming.

    I had a terrible experience with them. The story is that I need a notary for a document in Chinese. I believe this office is the only one has notary people who know Chinese. To be sure I called ahead of time, then the person says yes we do Chinese notary, so I visited around 5pm and told the receptionist that I want to get a notary in Chinese. He walked in and walked out to me saying sorry we don’t do Chinese notary. Then I said I checked with other BoA branches and called here an hour ago, I was told only your branch can do Chinese notary. Then he walked in again and talked with few people inside around 15 minutes. The a lady came out told me that the notary lady doesn’t feel comfortable to do Chinese notary without English translation. Then the receptionist walked out told me they don’t fully understand Chinese so they cannot do notary for you. I was confused that this what this receptionist said is differently with what the lady said earlier. When I asked why, the receptionist said hmmmm yes, she is not confortable of doing this. If this is really the rule of notary, I will appreciate it if I am told directly and respectfully that I need to provide a document in both Chinese and English instead of wasting me 30 minutes.

    I went there around 10 am. There wasn’t a line. My teller was very proffessional and patient with me. He answered my questions clearly. He was very friendly. Just when I had an unpleasant morning, he made my day. I wish I could recall his name. But thank you, sir. You’re the best.
